Beko Kick Your Way to Barcelona Got Its Winner


Beko's promo "Kick Your Way to Barcelona" got its winner! And the winner together with a special someone will fly to Barcelona, Spain to watch the FC Barcelona live match in April 2017. The prize is inclusive of a rountrip ticket to and from Barcelona, hotel accommodation, Barcelona City tour, La Liga Match ticket, and of course a pocket money. This is part of Beko's global premium partnership with FC Barcelona which is one of the top football clubs in the world lead by Lionel Messi together with Neymar Jr., Gerard Pique, Luis Suarez and Andres Iniesta. The Beko Grand Kick-Off Challenge is the very first football kick-of challenge in the Philippines of which Beko appliance users took the chance to participate and be one of the few individual who can kick their way to Barcelona.

The Beko Grand Kick-Off Challenge was first launch last January 14, 2017 where some of the invited media and bloggers participated in the challenge. This is the brands way of saying hello to the Philippine market and it comes with the #hellobekoph.

The final round which happened last February 10 was the reckoning day. This is the day where the kickers who qualified for the final round will enter the court again to kick their way to their dream of going to Barcelona, Spain. Ten (10) finalists and three (3) wild card participants lined-up, practiced and kicked their way. Each finalists were given one (1) minutes to make the most number of goals. With a rapid kick that made the most number of goals, Rafael Halili was proclaimed the first winner.

Aside from the Kick Your Way promo, Beko Philippines also ran its “Witness the Victory 2.0!” Experience Camp Nou and Enjoy Barcelona for Free promo. Now on its second year, was open to all buyers of BEKO products. Two (2) winners were also drawn on February 10 and each will also enjoy a trip for two (2) to Barcelona, Spain to watch an FC Barcelona match live. The tax free prizes also include two (2) roundtrip tickets to Barcelona, hotel accommodations for 2, Barcelona city tour, and two (2) La Liga Match tickets. The lucky winners are Michael Ian Erese and Leonora P. Lazaro who bought their Beko Products in SM Clark Pampanga and North Edsa respectively.




The winners were drawn from the customers who purchased Beko products from participating SM Appliance Centers from November 15, 2016 to January 31, 2017. Special Beko FC Barcelona items such as (20) Jersey Shirts, (20) Gym Bags, (20) Soccer balls were also given away.
