3 Common Documents, What are these, and Where to Get Fast?

11:55:00 PM

Do you believe that there are three (3) common documents that we will use in our life span? If yes, then do you think you know what are these?

Believe it or not, there are three (3) common documents that compel us to use whether it's for school, for work, or personal matters. These documents very much tell about us or someone close to us, and that is from life to death.

The intriguing three (3) documents are the Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, and Death Certificate. One way or another we all use these documents. Most of the time it describes our existence and absence in this life.

The Birth Certificate.

It is the main document that proves or disapproves of our existence. In a birth certificate, we have the information about our parents - the name of our father and mother, where they live, and their birth dates too. This certificate is essential and needed from the time we are all born. It is in demand and the most requested document. It starts from elementary to high school to college, and even up to the time that we work, it is needed.

The Marriage Certificate.

I think this document, whether single or married, we'll be needed in some circumstances like school, work, or claiming of inheritance.

In school, students present the Marriage Certificates of their parents to prove that they are sons and daughters. While at work, it is requested to prove if you're married or not. For inheriting properties, it is a requirement to present the individual as the rightful heir.

The Death Certificate.

When it is about personal matters, we won't be using this kind of document if it is about us, but our heirs will do. Those that we will be leaving behind. Or us to our parents.

Where to get it fast?

Today, with the presence and abundance of technology, applications, and the internet, our lives are made easy. We get things in a flash, fast, and efficiently. Gone are the days of slow pokes because today is about speed and efficiency. It is hassle-free and no worry. All you have to do is relax.

Online is the fastest way to get your documents.

It is as fast as counting 1, 2, and 3. A few clicks from the website PSAHelpline.ph and viola you'll have your documents in a matter of days. So, all you need to do afterward is relax and wait until it arrives. Two to three days is the fastest to have your documents on your doorstep. It may change if there's a problem with the requested documents but if there's none we will have it in no time.

Few simple steps to navigate the request.

Decide first on the document we'll be requesting and for what purpose, whether it is a birth certificate or marriage certificate, for me, get them both because we'll never know when it is needed. It is best to keep one.

Once we have decided, visit the website www.PSAHelpline.ph. We'll land on the front page, we'll see different "order now" buttons. Of course, before doing anything else always read the details and other things that we think are important to know. By the way, whatever button we click, we'll end up on the "order now" page.

On the order page, we'll have four (4) options - BIRTH, MARRIAGE, CENOMAR, and DEATH. Since the platform only allows one transaction at a time, pick what we need most. Don't forget to tick the "I accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy," then click "Continue".

We'll be asked if we're requesting our Own Certificate or Someone Else's. Then, click again the "Continue" button.

Right now, we will have our BIRTH CERTIFICATE. As we continue we'll be requested to prepare the following information for easy reference. It is better to have it with us when filling in the form.

  • Name, sex, birthday, and valid government-issued ID.
  • Name as it appears on your birth certificate
  • Father's name
  • Mother's name
  • Birthplace
  • Late registration (if applicable)
  • The purpose of the request
  • Legal proceedings (if applicable)
  • Delivery address and contact information

After preparation, we're all set to fill out the form. Make sure all the information we provide is correct, especially the government-issued ID, because they'll be asking for that ID when they deliver it.

Once completed, we'll be asked to check if all are correct. Then, we will select the number of copies we want to have and their price. It varies depending on the document type. For us is the BIRTH CERTIFICATE which is Php365.00 per copy (for the CENOMAR, it is Php420.00 per copy). Confirm and continue.

A list of payment options will be presented. We'll have the option to pay the requested document to the following:

  • Credit Card
  • GCash
  • PayMaya
  • 7-Eleven
  • Bayad Center
  • Palawan pawnshop
  • Bancnet
  • Dragonpay

After paying the amount required for the requested document, a receipt with the details of PSAHelpline, being the agent for the said transaction, will be provided.

Wait for the delivery. Sometimes it may take time but the good news is that we don't have to go through the hassle of getting our copy. In just 2-3 days we'll have our document delivered to us.

So, if we're in a hurry and would like to get our documents fast, just type the name PSAHelpline on the browser and help will be on our way.
