The Prince returns… reopens and rolls out the red carpet for guests

11:23:00 PM

Are you excited? Hotels are opening their doors again to guests and the Manila Prince Hotel by The Mania Hotel officially announced its reopening last June 1, 2022. This heralds an exciting new chapter in the property’s history as it establishes itself as a perfect staycation place in the heart of the city.

The newly reopened Manila Prince Hotel offers guest affordable luxury with a reopening rate of only P1,999 nett for an overnight stay in a Deluxe room. This royal treatment can be enjoyed by two (2) adults and two (2) kids 12 years old and below, along with set breakfast for two.

Manila Prince Hotel’s Grand Ballroom offers a stunning venue for big events.

Staycation seekers, weary urban warriors, working folk, and even guests from outside Metro Manila can expect unrivalled comfort and inimitable service while enjoying the hotel’s facilities and spaces. The hotel boasts of a pool where you can take your kids to enjoy an afternoon of fun, while the rest of the day can be spent having a hearty meal at the hotel’s Marcelino Street Café, which serves a la carte dishes for now. Eventually, Manila Prince Hotel’s amazingly decorated Chinese restaurant, Dragon Court, will reopen at a later date.

Guests are also within walking distance to malls and commercial establishments—the closest being UN Square, which has an array of fast-food choices on the ground floor like Tim Horton’s, Café France, Karate Kid, and many others. The hotel is in the center of everything, and convenient enough to be near banks, hospitals, schools, and convenience stores, churches, and many others.

For its reopening, Manila Prince Hotel’s dining outlet, Marcelino Street Café, offers a la carte dining for stay-in and walk-in guests.

But Manila Prince Hotel is not just welcoming stay-in guests but also those who are looking for the perfect venue for events that have been postponed or re-scheduled because of the pandemic. With the return of social events and gatherings, Manila Prince Hotel gives guests an option of an affordable but grand venue for conferences, meetings, and even gatherings like wedding receptions, anniversaries, and more.

Manila Prince Hotel’s Deluxe Room with a king bed offers a perfectly comfortable stay for a very affordable reopening rate.

A clean and safe environment

Manila Prince Hotel is a multi-use establishment that welcomes both staycation/leisure guests, and even guests who need mandatory stay bookings for a few days. Strict safety guidelines will be implemented.

With the reinforcement of cleaning and disinfection procedures implemented in rooms, common areas, function halls, dining outlets, and kitchen and employee areas, Manila Prince Hotel has adapted to current guidelines from the government to ensure guest safety and comfort.

5 Creative, Safe, and Easy Destination This Quarantine Period

8:36:00 PM

How was the quarantine period in your area? Well, we're striving hard at this time of crisis. There are many ways for us to check our sanity, our health, and our ability to adapt. With this, I'll be sharing 5 Creative, Safe, and Easy Destination you can go to keep you in good shape during this lockdown.

I hope this will give you a sense of calmness during this quarantine period. We all need to get rid of stress and boredom. So read on.

  • Staycation Ala House Hotel. Well, if you miss having a staycation in one of the hotels in the metro, you don't need to go far. Just set your house into a hotel-like setting. Put something in your bedroom that you usually see in the hotel. At least you'll have the feel and look of the hotel. Then you can take a selfie or an OOTD.
  • Living Room Ala Theater House. Since there are plenty of available movies online, having a movie night or a movie marathon at the comfort of your living is as easy as it is. Also, if you're an avid fan of any trilogies or sequels, you can have them all watched in just a few hours. You can even make a cinema look in your living room.
  • Visit your Hacienda or Ranch ala Garden. If you have a small garden in your residence, it would be great. It's good therapy, especially now that we are in quarantine. You can water your plants every morning and even have a photo with them. Plants, most especially flowers, love to be talked, sometimes they would even bloom better when you're talking to them.
  • Enjoy a Starry Night View on the roof. If you like to go to the mountains for a good view of the starry night, well, you don't need to go far. Just wait for the night to fall and for the lights in the city turn black and you can now enjoy your view of the dark sky and the stars.
  • Beach look in your pool area. Okay, this might only apply to those who have pools in their houses where they can enjoy a scenic view of the beach by having a beach umbrella and some other things that you can find on the beach. But if you're creative enough to make a good scene, well, we can improvise by using a kiddie pool with the beach look. Filipinos are very fond of making this happen, and all it takes a little bit of imagination.

In this time, where the situation keeps us confined in our homes because of the pandemic, we all need to be imaginative. Keep ourselves busy. But of course, we should also think of the others by praying for health and protection.

Keep safe everyone!

What To Expect at Thunderbird Resorts and Their Online Double Down Game

11:02:00 AM

What comes to your mind when the word resort is mentioned? I think you're thinking of beach, vacation, swimming pool, and hotel. You're right and what about when the Province Rizal is mentioned? Probably you'll be telling about the wood carvings, artists, Higantes Festival and of course the petroglyphs. Well, that's right and that's where Kwento Ni Toto had its escapade. The place is found somewhere in the Province of Rizal.

Great sky background looking at the Thunderbird signage.
I believe it is one of the good place near the metro and it is a good place to have fun, relax, and enjoy. It is a place to put off the worries of work in the office and far away from the dreadful smogs in the city.
