TRIO Blog Giveaway Php10,000 Worth of Gift Certificate


Summer is here already! Are you sexy or buff enough to show off that bods of yours? Well if not, here's your chance to invest on your body and make it happen. Kwento Ni Toto, Daddy Yahiro's Journal and MAG of My Life teamed up to giveaway Php10,000 worth of Gift Certificate from UNO Magazine and Gold's Gym.

    I work in a government office 8am - 5 Pm we have a cut off work until 3:30 PM. Physically The spare time I have inside the office I Do Zumba for 1 hour daily. Eating the right kind of food and balance diet and nutrition plus vitamins everyday and at least of water glasses everyday. Mentally I stay positive on my outlook in life. Emotionally love and support of my family. Spiritually keeping Gods Faith in me. All of this keeps me fit and sexy.

  13. What do you do to stay fit and sexy? I try my best to eat healthy food. But to be honest, having a healthy diet is hard when you are living with a bunch of great cooking Kapampangans. So I just balance it out with a daily jog or time at the gym.

  19. I do running every morning. I start also doing toning exercises. And I eat healthy foods to feel great and feel more confident by the time I need to wear a swimsuit. :D

  23. I drink lots of water all day, then tea, coffee, wine or apple cider with honey after meals for good digestion. Btw, I also roast malunngay then add by sprinkiling it on to my drinks.

  24. Staying fit and Sexy will help me boost my self confidence. I had this so called water theraphy every morning. I have to drink at least 3 glass of water an hour before I will have my breakfast. Sometime ate fruits like papaya or pineapple hour before my breakfats. It cleanse my stomach. I'm always making things sure that I eat the right amount of food ON TIME. Exercise like using stairs during lunch time walking rather than using elevators. It plays a vital role for me to be fit and Live healthy.

  27. Staying Healthy for me is having a good lifestyle. I do biking, hiking, push-ups, jogging, eating healthy diets, lots of water and adequate sleep, taking supplements, and positive people around me.^^

  30. I exercise everyday at least 1 hour, I eat a balanced diet. No softdrinks, no junk food, no sugary food. I also meditate, for inner peace of mind. I sleep 6-8 hours and I drink a lot of water.

  45. Do cardio workout first thing in the morning then no rice at night. Then when eating foods i'll make it sure that it is in moderation specially when there is an occasion.
