Love songs sung at its best during Michael Pangilinan's concert “Michael Really Sounds Familiar”, and that's what my reaction in one of my social media post after listening as Michael Pangilinan exhales his soul singing some of the known love songs. Of course he also did some of today's hit musics.
I have heard and seen Michael Pangilinan sings and performs in one of the TV shows "Your Face Sounds Familiar" where he really did his best and brought out the inner talents in him. The power of his voice made every song good to listen and plus his charm with the ladies can really fall for what he is singing.
During his concerts, together with his invited performers and guests made the night entertaining enough to stay up to the last song. Other performers are Emil John Olisco who did the violin, Kara who did some fast songs after her duet with Michael, Jeffrey Hidalgo whom I have heard again with his in tone voice despite of his rare appearances, the tandem of Boobay and Ate Gay that made everyone in Music Museum laugh their hearts out, and of course the very special guest of Michael Pangilinan, Ms. Garie Concepcion.
It was a night of serenading and some upbeat music. Just when it is about to end a surprise guest made Michael's head turn that he didn't expected, it was Denise Laurel. They sung together.
Counting the number of songs that Michael sings and the pitch that every song has really shows how powerful his voice is. I think with a right timing he may fill the dome of Araneta with his voice. I'll be looking forward to that.
