Jake and Ria In a Love Against All Odds Story In MMK's First Special Offering for the Love Month

 

This weekend, two of today's great actors, Jake Cuenca and Ria Atayde will play the role of Eddie and Janice, a couple determined to prove their love against all odds, even including doubts from their own family in MMK's first special offering for the month of love. Watch the story this Saturday (February 6). 

Janice is admired by many for her beauty and sense of humor but has no time for love as she has been more focused on managing her own eatery. Things suddenly change when a customer, Eddie, pursues her relentlessly. Their bliss as a couple would not be for long when Eddie’s own mother, Corsing (Malou de Guzman) enters the picture. 

  

Corsing will disapprove of the two’s relationship because she does not see Janice to be conservative enough to stay faithful to her favorite son. To Corsing, Janice is just a reminder of her own painful past.

Corsing’s doubts will continue even after the two get married and would be the cause of many of their fights. But Janice will do everything she can to prove her worth and love for Eddie. When Corsing’s husband falls ill, it would be Janice who would be by their side.
