Popularity Over Credentials, The Search For The Next President, Is Tito Boboy Syjuco Your President?

We Filipinos knows it very well that the Presidential election is much more like of a movie line up inside the movie theater. The titles of the movies are lined up accordingly for moviegoers to easily pick their choice. There are three things that matters for the movie and for the presidentiables, one is the actors who starred in the movie, second is the popularity of the movie and third is the quality of the movie being shown. Among the three it always boils down to two, popularity and credentials or quality but it is a sad truth that most Filipinos would pick the next president based on popularity, that's why we end up complaining this and that.
Just recently, Kwento Ni Toto was able to meet, know, and see the person who aspire for something much, not for himself but for the good of others and perhaps that's what we all have to put in our mind. Think not what we can have from doing things but what we can impart for the benefit of the people. Augusto Boboy Syjuco, he is the person that got his hands, heart and head in the service for people. Hands that works down up to the grassroots of the problems. Heart that compels him to have compassion for the people he is working with. And lastly his Head that learns from the mistakes of the past and applies it to the present in order for the government to have a better future. Basing all this from his past experiences and achievements I can say that Tito Boboy is the man with a 3H.

Of course when we met Tito Boboy Syjuco, he proudly shared that he is the most qualified among all presidential aspirants. “I have served my country exceptionally well. I do not know any presidential candidate who could equal my experience.” And speaking of experiences here are his accomplishments and track records.

• Cum Laude – Bachelor of Business Administration (BSBA) at the University of the East in 1963
• Topnotch during his Grade School days in Ateneo De Manila, Philippines
• Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA, Master of Business Administration (MBA Earned Degree) in 1964
• Achieved his Doctor of Humanities in Public Service at Lyceum Nothwestern University
• Doctor of Industrial Techonology at Eulogio “Amang” Rodriguez Institute of Science and Tenchnology in 2006.
• He earned his degree Master of Organization Development at Southeast Asia Interdisciplinary Development Institute (SAIDI) in 2007.
• Doctor in Management (Honoris Causa) at the International Academy of Management and Economics (IAME) in 2009.
• He is a legislator as well, Syjuco authored the law on absentee voting and dual citizenship, and during his TESDA term, more than eight million scholarship opportunities were awarded.

We also got a glimpse of the first few webisodes of Tito Boboy Syjuco's life. Showing his struggle and things that he learned in life.

Aside from the webisodes and his introduction of being one of the presidential candidate, Tito Boboy Syjuco, shared two issues that should be addressed and should be known by the people. One is about the internet speed here in the Philippines and the other one is the issue about the current state of Social Security System (SSS). For the internet speed that we are experiencing right now he was urge to launch the Augment Broadband Speed (ABS), an organization that will pressure the government to take immediate action in solving the country's very poor internet connection. Two is about the current state of the SSS which the agency that handles the contributions of the working class for their retirement. He shared why President Noynoy Aquino did not approve the Php2,000 increase of all pensioners. Tito Boboy explained that there are more than 32 million SSS workers in the private sector that are in imminent danger of being cut-off from the retirement lifeline once SSS goes bankrupt and to make it more simple it was a due to mismanagement of funds.

It was nice to know that this presidential candidate, Tito Boboy Syjuco really knows what he is getting into and it is not just a jab into the air. He's well prepared of what his plans and he wanted for the country to be. Like I mentioned before the Presidential election is more of popularity rather than credentials so if a person with this credentials perhaps let us make him more popular by sharing what are his credentials.
