SM Hypermarket Master Chefs' New Season

If you have actively participated or witnessed last year's SM Hypermarket Master Chefs I'm pretty much sure that you're now excited to know about this year's edition of the SM Hypermarket Master Chefs. So without any further delay of your eagerness to know here's a story of what transpired during their launch at the SM Hypermarket in Cubao Branch.

Media people and customers who are present at the event area were welcome as they commenced the program. There were dance presentations by some groups like the SM Hypermarket's very own dance troop and of course what is everyone waiting for was the cooking demo of five (5) different chefs from five (5) different brands.

First to show his cooking demo was Chef RJ Garcia of San Miguel. In which he made two (2) tasty treat, the “Roti Dog – 3 ways” and “Croque Madame”. Here's the finished product.

Second was Chef Paulo Sia of Unilever Food Solutions. What he made was a quick and easy to prepare food that everyone will surely enjoy. It is called the “Toss and Wrap”. Simple and tasty! Here's what it looks like.

Third was Chef Arnold Bernardo of Bounty Fresh with an exquisite plating of the “Bounty Fresh Chicken in Red Curry and Pineapple” and the Thai style “Bounty Fresh Chicken Rice Noodle Stir-Fry”

Fourth to showcase was Chef Menoy Gimenez of CDO, created the “CDO Red Velvet Ciabatta Sandwich Asian”. A portion of it is really satisfying.

And the last was Chef Tess Sutilo, which was very much supported by his team in a cheer, showcased the “Creamy Monggo Guisado” and the “Sigarillas at Papaya Gising-Gising”.

All five chefs did made everyone tummy-filled and satisfied with their dishes. Perhaps others might have an idea on how to make their monotonuos meal into something extra special.

This was the initial start of SM Master Chef's cooking marathon that will hit and go around the 34 branches of SM Hypermarket and that's every week in three long months. They'll be having cooking demonstrations that will be open to all shoppers for free and this is sponsored by master brands Bountry Fresh, CDO, Nestle, Purefoods, Magnolia and Unilever Food Solutions Knorr. Different chefs of the different master brands with new different recipes to share.

For this years SM Hypermarket Master Chefs' entrepreneurs who run a carindera, catering or small restaurant business can own a bran new kitchen and dining are furnished by SM Hypermarket with SM Mastr Chefs Free Carinderia Makeover. This is one of the components of this year's run.

So how does carinderia, catering or small restaurant business owners can get this free makeover?

Food service business is close to the heart of SM Hypermarket. In fact, an entire section of the store is solely dedicated to products and services essential in running a food business.
