Directed by the box-office comedy director Wenn V. Deramas, "Sisterakas" features the highly anticipated firs ever onscreen team-up Vice, Kris and AI A, who will portray as fierce rivals in the film. In the story, Vice portray the role of Bernice, a super successful 'lord of the apparels industry' and business leader of the Ponytale company who is determined to bring all her opponents down, including her hardworking half sister Detty (AiAi) whose family refused to help Bernice's family when they were poor, and Roselle (kris) the equally brilliant and talented yet eccentric business archnemesis.
In Bernice's quest to secure her throne as the queen of her industry, although it's against her will. Bernice will be forced to hire Detty as his 75th assistant. But things get out of hand and the world gets crazier when Detty suddenly becomes an employee of all people-Roselle.
With the rivalry getting tougher and more intense than ever and severely affecting each other's intertwined lives. who among Bernice, Detty and Roselle will emerge victorious?
Aside from Vice, Kris and Ai Ai, also part of "Sisterakas" are Kapamilya child wonder Xyriel Manabat and the sensational teen stars of Princess and I and one of the featured love team in the still showing film "24/7 In Love" Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla.
