Bea Binene's Debut Album Launch

9:29:00 AM

Kwento Ni Toto was lucky to be invited in Bea Binene's Debut Album launched.  This event was covered by Angelyn Demo, one of our correspondent, who was enthusiastic enough to tell her story about this launch.  Here's her cover story.

Since the Kwento Ni Toto guy wasn't around the Metro during this launched I was tasked to cover this story.  No offence but I barely know Bea Binene and I first saw her in person during one of Bum's Fashion Show that's why I got curious as well when this task was given to me.  At least this time I would be able to know her much better.

Why Noel Cabangon tops the music sales charts

9:41:00 PM

There is undeniably something in Noel Cabangon that his albums sell, amidst the prevailing problems of the local recording industry. “There is something with the way Noel Cabangon performs songs – heartfelt and sincere,” says Christian Bautista. “Every music-loving Filipino should complete their Noel Cabangon collection. These are treasures of OPM.”

Tuloy Ang Byahe is a follow-up to the hit Byahe, released more than two years ago. It features Noel’s renditions of some of the most loved OPM classics, originally performed by icons Smokey Mountain, Leah Navarro, VST and Company, Dulce, APO, Freddie Aguilar, Florante, Rey Valera, Hotdog, Zsa Zsa Padilla, among others.
