After the success of Season 1, here comes the continuation of the story of Max and Deib together with the Bearkadas. This is iWantTFC’s most-watched show in 2021 and will start its new season on Apr 22

Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano’s romantic series is finally making its highly-anticipated premiere this summer to bring more ‘kilig’ and lessons on family and friendship in “He’s Into Her Season 2,” following the record-breaking first season that topped all shows on iWantTFC.

The series will premiere first on iWantTFC on April 20 for iWantTFC premium users outside of the Philippines and all iWantTFC users in the Philippines and Indonesia can watch it for free on April 22.

“He’s Into Her” was the recipient of three awards at the 2021 Asian Academy Creative Awards for Best Direction (Fiction), Best Original Program by a Streamer/OTT, and Best Theme Song or Title for “He’s Into Her” (BGYO). The series was also the lone Philippine nominee in the Cross Platform Programming category at the 2021 Venice TV Awards.

In “He’s Into Her Season 2,” former-enemies-turned lovers Deib (Donny) and Max (Belle) are officially the newest power couple in Benison International school. Their relationship seems to be smooth sailing until problems from their past begin to haunt them and unanswered questions start to resurface.

Deib and Max will face the highs and lows of a young couple as they endure real problems that come with a more mature relationship.

The hit romance series also gets exciting as the ‘barkada,’ consisting of Lee, Naih, Michiko, Ysay, Lorde, and Migz (Joao Constancia, Criza Taa, Kaori Oinuma, Vivoree Esclito, Gello Marquez, and Limer Veloso), gets entangled in more teen drama, including an unexpected love triangle, another chance to rekindle a romance, and a heartbreaking realization when one suddenly gets ghosted.

Will Deib and Max still get their happy ending? How will Deib and Max’s friends resolve the issues within their ‘barkada’?

The “He’s Into Her” gang also adds more fun and good vibes with the addition of new characters played by JC Alcantara, Reich Alim, Zach Castañeda, Shanaia Gomez, River Joseph, CJ Salonga, Rajo Serrano, and BINI member Mikha.

DonBelle, the Cutest Love Team Today in Star Cinema and iWant TFC Series "He's Into Her", Aside from their Cute Difference in Height

8:36:00 AM

After being paired with different love teams, Donny Pangilinan has finally, and hopefully, settled to his perfect partner in the showbiz industry, Belle Mariano. ABS-CBN introduced Donny and Belle as part of the Rise Artists right before the pandemic, another arm of ABS-CBN in showcasing the talents of their artists.

Now, Donny and Belle probably carried a great deal of pressure in their love team coined as DonBelle. There is an expectation from fans concerning the maintenance of that Kilig Meter on top since their love team is the newest giddy couple. A new set of romantic hearts for fans to remember, how was it to feel that romantic feeling again.

In terms of height, is it true that Belle is the cutest love team Donny ever had? Coming from Donny, among his past love teams, Belle has the cutest height. Probably, this is one of the factors for them being the perfect pair for the upcoming romantic series from ABS-CBN Entertainment, iWantTFC, and Star Cinema, “He’s Into Her,” which will begin airing on May 30 on A2Z and Kapamilya Channel. So this summer season expects the Kilig Meter to rise as they play the part of a cat-and-dog one-upmanship quarrel but will eventually fall in love.

Based on the popular Precious Pages-LIB novel by famous Pinoy author Maxinejiji, the “He’s Into Her” series is about bravely fighting for family, friendship, and love.

It is the story of young Maxpein, played by Belle, who agrees to live in Manila. It is upon the request of her father who helped her pay for her grandmother’s hospital bills.

Maxpein ends up studying at the prestigious Benison International School. As she tries to fit in, she also clashes with Mr. Popular – Deib Lohr (Donny). Her life soon turns upside down as Deib gets their entire batch to prank and bully her.

But as Deib’s pranks and bullying get worse, he realizes that in crushing Max’s spirit, he is also slowly falling for her.

Joining Belle and Donny are some of today’s rising stars such as Jeremiah Lisbo, Vivoree Esclito, Kaori Oinuma, Rhys Eugenio, Joao Constancia, Criza Taa, Ashley del Mundo, Gello Marquez, and more.

The generational series “He’s Into Her” is under the direction of young and up-and-coming filmmaker Chad Vidanes.

Watch out for “He’s Into Her” on iWantTFC on May 28 (Friday), two days ahead of its premiere on May 30 (Sunday) on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, and on Kapamilya Online Live via the YouTube channel and Facebook page of ABS-CBN Entertainment.

GMA Network Raises the Bar With It's Star-studded Drama Anthology ‘I Can See You’

11:08:00 PM

What comes to your mind when you read the phrase " I Can See You"? Probably, you'll freak out or something else. Or how about getting the sense that you are being watched? Or that you are not alone?  Well, you'll for sure get scared.

But if you have ever felt like being spied upon whether by someone or something, more often than not, your instincts are correct. Researchers believe that humans are sensitive to gaze as it signals intimacy as well as danger; two of the things we need to pay attention to for our own well-being.

Beginning September 28 (which it already started), GMA Network raises the bar with an exceptional and one-of-a-kind program featuring the biggest and brightest Kapuso stars in the drama anthology ‘I Can See You’ on the Telebabad block.

This unique drama anthology which highlights four mini-series – Love On The Balcony, High Rise Lovers, The Promise, and Truly. Madly. Deadly. – dwells on its common visual storytelling mnemonic device which is the use of a camera as a witness to the tales of love and mystery from everyday people; hence the title – I Can See You.

The ground-breaking program gifts viewers with compelling, contemporary, and unique stories produced by four different teams in a remarkable four-week viewing experience.

In observance of anti-COVID-19 protocols alongside the Network’s precautionary measures, the cast and crew of the show underwent RT-PCR tests, lock-in tapings and strictly practiced government-mandated safety and health protocols on the set.

Kick-starting the drama anthology is “Love On The Balcony” top-billed by Asia's Multimedia Star Alden Richards, Kapuso hunk Pancho Magno, and Kapuso leading Lady Jasmine Curtis-Smith. It tells the timely story of a wedding videographer, Gio (Alden), who crosses paths with a frontline nurse, Lea (Jasmine). Uninspired and creatively drained, Gio is encouraged by his business partner and friend Val (Pancho) to search for a potential fling during quarantine. After their unfortunate encounter, romance eventually blossoms between Gio and Lea amidst the pandemic. Is this the beginning of a beautiful chapter in their love story or is it just destiny’s way of putting people in our lives for a purpose?

Completing the cast are Denise Barbacena and Shyr Valdez. Love On The Balcony is directed by LA Madridejos which airs beginning September 28.

Heating up primetime TV viewing on October 5 is the second installment of the series “High Rise Lovers” which stars Kapuso Premier Drama Actress Lovi Poe, actress-beauty queen Winwyn Marquez and multitalented Kapuso actor Tom Rodriguez. It follows the story of married couple Samantha (Lovi) and Luis (Tom) whose relationship dwindles as their opposing goals in life get the best of them. After moving into a new condominium unit, Samantha continues to strive for a big promotion at work while Luis, an unemployed contractor, is forced to accept a renovation job for another occupant – the mysterious and sultry Ysabel (Winwyn). Will Luis yield to the temptation of a new lover who comforts his bruised ego or will Samantha realize that her marriage is still worth saving?

Also starring in the episode are Teresa Loyzaga and Kenneth “Tetay” Ocampo. High Rise Lovers is under the helm of Monti Parungao.

Bannered by talented Kapuso stars Andrea Torres, Yasmien Kurdi, Benjamin Alves and Paolo Contis, “The Promise” gives viewers more reasons to believe in the power of love this October 12. The story begins with a rich widowed man named Frank (Paolo) who loses his passion for life and became a recluse after losing his wife Clarisse (Yasmien) from an accident. When Jude (Benjamin), his cousin and right-hand man in the company, visits him in the lake house where he stays at, Frank takes an interest in the latter’s girlfriend Ivy (Andrea), an aspiring artist who is willing to do anything to take her family out of poverty.

Also playing an exciting role in this series is Maey Bautista. The Promise is directed by Zig Dulay.

Finally, set to bring mystery and romance is the last installment “Truly. Madly. Deadly.” headlined by Kapuso Drama King Dennis Trillo, versatile Kapuso actress Rhian Ramos, and Ultimate Star Jennylyn Mercado premiering on October 19. Coleen (Jennylyn) is a professional woman who, after being ridiculed online for a scandal with a married man, moves out of the city and works in a remote resort where she meets the mysterious resident IT guy named Drew (Dennis). Life seems to be going well for the recovering Coleen until her best friend turned enemy Abby (Rhian) shows up and her past begins to haunt her once again.

Joining the talented cast of this episode is Jhoana Marie Tan and with the special participation of Ruby Rodriguez. Truly. Madly. Deadly is directed by Jorron Lee Monroy.

Don’t miss out on GMA Network’s newest and much-awaited offering this year ‘I Can See You’ beginning September 28, right after Encantadia, on the Telebabad block.

"Love Lockdown," “Belle Douleur," and "Malaya" Sizzles The May Lineup of iWant

7:39:00 PM

Some interesting and worth watching this pandemic. iWant turns up the heat this summer season with romances featuring the pairings of Lovi Poe and Zanjoe Marudo, Mylene Dizon and Kit Thompson, and an ensemble movie led by Angelica Panganiban and JM De Guzman that will stream for free this May.

Lovi and Zanjoe pair up for the first time and play two wandering souls finding love in a romantic city in the original movie “Malaya,” shot in Italy and directed by “Glorious” director Concepcion Makatuno. It streams on iWant on May 28.

Mylene and Kit also push the boundaries of their May-December love affair in their acclaimed 2019 Cinemalaya entry “Belle Doleur,” which arrives on May 20. Here, Mylene plays a self-made woman in her late 40s, who falls in love with a younger antique collector named Josh (Kit) and discovers that there are no limits to life’s beginnings.

The sexy suspense film “Love Lockdown,” meanwhile, mixes three stories of lies, lust, and betrayal set in the present quarantine period. Shot via Zoom from their own homes, Angelica and JM lead the romance and thrill to prove that nothing can stop love, even in lockdown. The three-part film also stars Jake Cuenca, Kylie Verzosa, Sue Ramirez, Arjo Atayde, and Tony Labrusca and drops on May 13.

Filipinos can also continue getting reliable news and information by tuning in to the leading newscast “TV Patrol” live every night at 6 PM, DZMM TeleRadyo, and the ANC live channel on iWant, as well as watch their favorite Kapamilya teleseryes, talk, and variety shows on-demand after ABS-CBN went off the air early this week. Reflect on the daily word of God by watching The Daily Mass that streams from Monday to Sunday.

Meanwhile, keeping Filipinos company this quarantine season is the iWant original “Tawa Tawa Together,” hosted by Alex Calleja and features Alex Gonzaga, Melai Cantiveros, and Pokwang in its episodes.

Also boosting iWant’s library is the launch of its documentary section this month with three exciting offerings. Dive into underwater adventures and discoveries in “Wreck Hunters,” Matteo Guidicelli’s rigid and inspiring military training in “Ranger G,” and an eye-opening take at Imelda Marcos’s political career in “The Kingmaker.”

User engagement on iWant, meanwhile, reached its record high in April as users continued getting their movie fix with iWant’s catalog of more than 1,000 free movies. Just download the iWant app (App Store and Google Play) and register via Facebook, mobile, or email, and create a Kapamilya Account.

ROXANNE BARCELO in a Love Triangle Between Two Genders In iWANT’S “FLUID”

9:08:00 PM

How well did you know yourself? Roxanne Barcelo defies the societal boundaries of love and comes to terms with her sexuality as she is forced to choose between an ex-boyfriend and a confident lesbian woman in the laugh-out-loud romcom “Fluid,” which streams on March 13 on iWant.

“Fluid” promises to be just as riotously hilarious as “MOMOL Nights,” the most watched iWant original movie, which was also created and directed by Benedict Mique. With “Fluid,” iWant once again navigates the complicated aspects of love, modern dating, and relationships by using wit and laughter.

The series follows Mitch (Roxanne) and her journey to self-discovery that begins after her breakup with her cheating ex-boyfriend Jacob (Joross Gamboa).

Despite never having been in a relationship with a woman before, Mitch agrees to date women upon the suggestion and encouragement of her friends.

Though unsuccessful at first, she eventually meets George (Ann Colis), an out-and-proud, confident lesbian who challenges Mitch to get away from her comfort zone. Mitch agrees to go on dates with George, and finds comfort and support in her.

When their relationship seems to be progressing nicely, Jacob comes back to ask for forgiveness and woo her back.

Will Mitch choose to forgive and go back to Jacob or will she take a risk and pick George?

“Fluid” is produced by Lonewolf Films and written by Carlo Baltazar Ventura, Benedict Mique at Benjie Mique. Its cast also include Janice de Belen, Al Tantay, Zar Donato, J-Mee Kantayag, and Emmanuelle Vera. Episodes 2 to 4 drops on March 16.

Celebrate all kinds of love on iWant and watch “Fluid,” streaming on March 13, for free on the iWant app (iOs and Android) or iwant.ph. For updates, like www.facebook.com/iWant, and follow @iwant on Twitter and @iwantofficial on Instagram, and subscribe to www.youtube.com/iWantPH.
