Regular cleaning and deep sanitation is done for high-touch and common areas of the property like door handles, floors, carpets, tables, chairs, casino gaming machines, to name a few. 

To lower the spread and slow down the transmission of the virus, RHC has explored other Cashless Transaction Payment Gateways and encourage the use of such in the property. Aside from the usual cash and credit card transactions, the property now accepts G_Cash, Grab Pay, WeChat Pay and Alipay. 

To cater to the needs of its customers, the restaurants inside the property like The Lounge, Amare by Chef Chris and Choi Garden Clark now offers delivery service. while dining-in is already allowed, Royce makes sure to abide by the City Government of Angeles, in terms of its dine-in establishment policies and protocols. 

These new measures certainly affects customer experience. But right now, safety is the priority of everyone. Bending over a little from both the industry-side and the customer-side is needed. like what has been said, "we are in this together."
