What To Do When Hacked?

Getting your YouTube channel or Google account hacked is one of the most stressful experiences any creator can face. Imagine losing years of hard work, content, and even your source of income in just a few clicks. I went through this myself, and it was a nightmare—but thankfully, I was able to recover my account. To help fellow creators and Mga KaToto who might experience the same, I’ve put together some practical steps and tips that can guide you in reclaiming your hacked or hijacked account.

First Things to Do After Knowing You’ve Been Hacked

Check the extent of th damage.
Check your AdSense account.
Post on social media for help. (If you don’t know what to do, sharing your case online might give you an edge as more people can guide you.)
Look for references like articles and videos. (Just like this one, which you can now use as your reference.)

Steps to Recover Your Account

Tweet and follow @TeamYouTube. Inform them about what happened to your account.
Provide your YouTube channel link for verification if it has indeed been hacked.
Give an alternate Gmail account. This will be used by Creator Support to contact you and provide temporary access.
Fill out the Creator Support form. Be ready to provide the following details:

Channel ID (letters and numbers, not the custom URL)
Email address linked to the channel
AdSense Publisher ID
Date of the possible hijacking
How you think the account was hijacked
Screenshot of any phishing email you received

Wait for Creator Support’s email with the next steps.

They will provide options on how to access your account.
If nothing works, you’ll need to go through a Follow-up Escalation Claim and provide:

How you lost access to the account
When and where you created the account
If you enabled 2-Step Verification (and when/where you signed up)
The primary phone number you used during sign-up
Any recovery options you previously added (such as a recovery email or phone number)

Wait patiently for updates.
Once cleared, you’ll be given a link to fully recover your account.

Additional Tips

Keep copies of your blog or YouTube channel banner.
Prepare a recent photo of yourself for verification.
If you have a media kit, include it as well. All of these will help strengthen your claim and speed up the recovery process.

Gigi De Lana Headlines First Digital Concert for Youtube Music Night

An event to look forward to this weekend. So if you like music and if you're a fan of Gigi De Lana, then this weekend is yours to enjoy.

After an eventful year that saw her star shine even brighter, OPM’s Pop Rock Diva Gigi De Lana is celebrating the Christmas season with YouTube subscribers in her first-ever digital concert titled “Gigi De Lana: Holiday Vibes” for “YouTube Music Night” this Saturday (December 11) at 8 PM.

Gigi, together with her band The Gigi Vibes, will treat viewers to a relaxing night filled with music and uplifting stories to be streamed for free exclusively on the YouTube channels of ABS-CBN Star Music, MOR, MYX, and One Music’s YouTube channels.

Sit back, relax, and enjoy the viral sensation’s intimate performances of classic Christmas tunes, ABS-CBN Christmas ID theme songs, well-loved OPM hits, her break-up anthem and debut single “Sakalam,” and a heartwarming Moira Dela Torre medley. Gigi will also be joined by fellow Kapamilya singer Jason Dy for a touching duet.

Directed by Alco Guerrero and Marvin Caldito, “Gigi De Lana: Holiday Vibes” is produced by YouTube Music and ABS-CBN Events and line produced by Playback Productions. It will be hosted by Edward Barber and MYX VJ Samm Alvero.

Gigi’s digital concert is the third offering from “YouTube Music Night” in Southeast Asia, following Jona’s “Love, Jona Music Night” and Juris and Jed Madela’s “Hearts On Fire: Juris and Jed” in February this year.

3 Things To Know About Karencitta's Cebuana

Another Pinay blooded artist raves the internet waves as she makes everyone dance and sing along with her music. Karencitta or Karen Ann Cabrera is a Pinay Cebuana based in Los Angeles who went viral with her music entitled "Cebuana". It is really prevalent that singing is innate with most of us Filipinos and it just couldn't stop Filipinos to go head to head with everyone when it comes to singing.

Karencitta's song "Cebuana" is first thought to be an international or foreign music because of the upbeat sound and different rhythm that is not particularly noticed in the local beat. Now what's more surprising with the music is that it is a mix of English and the local language Visaya or particularly Cebuana. For our foreign readers Cebuana can be interpreted in two ways the one is for the native women of Cebu while the other one is the language spoken by the locals of Cebu. Cebu is one province in the Visayan region of the Philippines.

There are three (3) things to know about the "Cebuana" song why it became hit and viral.

The created song, which is the Cebuana, has an international sound and beat quality that surpassed territorial music patterns. In simpler term it got an international appeal that the present generation would love to hear.
The song is not only bilingual but almost multilingual because the writer of the song used different languages fused into one music. This made it even more foreign but still good to the ear music.
The singer, Karencitta, show so much passion in singing the song and dancing with the beat of the music, just like any other known Filipino singers who sung out with their soul.

Kwento Ni Toto Youtube Channel, No More Photo Only Now More Real and In Action

We have been posting videos of interviews, events, and coverage of different products, personalities and outdoor activities through our Youtube Channel which is the Kwento Ni Toto Channel. We've noticed that we need to make a change and upgrade more of what we are doing with our blog and channel.

So to even make it more personal starting from this video that we've posted we will be having more faces of Toto whenever we're telling a story. Where we've been, who we've interviewed and a whole lot more of our face and voice. So no more pictures of Toto during introduction of the video. We will be turning this channel more into a VLOG channel. Becoming more of a YOUTUBER.

This will be hard for me because I'm more of an offcam kind of person but because of my will to overcome shyness and develop more of my on cam personality I'll be practicing more. So bear with me and be gentle.

For those who have been our followers for quite sometime thank you for having my channel present in your desktop, laptop or other mobile devices. A big thank you!

Since this is our start of going real and 4D I am happy to share that I'll be doing something interesting in the days to come. So better stay tune with my channel and watch out for the big announcement.
