Sandiwa Releases Debut Single 'Gunita'

11:02:00 PM

OPM isn't dead, it's just evolving! Well, that's what I thought after attending the Press Conference and Launch Event of the Debut Single of SANDIWA.

SANDIWA, which means iisang diwa is bringing their music to the main stream under Ivory Music and Video and their debut single 'Gunita' is now out to different digital stores and music download platforms. According to them "... Kami ay pinag-isa para sa iisang layunin na ihatid ang tunay na 'Pag-ibig' gamit ang musika. Maghatid ng pag-asa at gawing obra ang mga luha na nagsilbing inspirasyon sa awitin ng ating puso."

This era's music is just evolving and SANDIWA is just one proof that OPM is moving. And also there are other rising bands that would definitely bring you good entertaining music.

SANDIWA'S Gunita, their debut single, comes with heart-wrenching lyrics and smooth rhythms. This song, that is released last March 22, 2019, will have you head-bobbing while reminiscing yesterday's beautiful love. It seems that SANDIWA is in for more sawi or hugot music to listen to. According to them they consider their music genre as cenimatic, that's perhaps due to love aches and hugot themes that is great for movies.

The band is composed of Samuel Mopal, Yeoj Rivera, Jeremiah Torda, Harold Tabuno and Alex Rale, SANDIWA is managed by Ms. Thea Pollisco, under the same umbrella as renowned OPM artist Gloc-9 and newest hiphop hitmaker Shanti Dope.

With that these two great artists are present during the Gunita Single Launch Event of SANDIWA last April 10, 2019, at Historia Boutique and Bar. Special guests include are Mr. Joey Ayala, Ms. Cookie Chua, Room for Cielo and Sons of NOA.

If you want to know more of the band visit Kwento Ni Toto's 5K Challenge for something interesting.

Product Review : Pholigo Prebiotics

5:00:00 PM

Stomach, perhaps we can say that it is one of the busiest part of the body and for an average individual like me who doesn't know much about medicine is that it is one of the most important organs of the body that distribute nutrients. Compared to a car it is probably the gas tank. It size depends on the body built.

With the abundance of different food markets, food trucks, and restaurants, it is easy to get something to eat. This only means that our stomach gets too busy digesting. Without any help of fiber and the good bacteria, the stomach becomes congested with food residues and bad bacterias causing us stomach problems, worst we get hospitalized or more serious health problem.

It is just right to have some good bacterias or prebiotics that can help our stomach. One of which is PhOligo, not well known yet but is getting some interesting outcomes from its users. So, yours truly were given a chance to try and see the effects of Pholigo Probiotics. Here are what we recieved to test and try the product, two packs of Pholigo Prebiotic, by the way this prebiotic is in powder form so it is convenient to carry around and have it anytime and anywhere but some preferred to have it by night, that's to avoid any hassle with the effect. For me, well I did try anytime, morning, afternoon and night time.

Directions in taking PhOligo Prebiotic is very simple and easy. Since it is in powder form and packed in a sinhle sachet there will not be any ptoblem preparing. One box of PhOligo is packed with 7 sachets, so you can have it in a week. One sachet is just enough for a day and you can have it in a glass of water or any if your drinks, be it warm or cold.

Here are my observations on the effects of the product to me.

  • My first two days does show any noticeable changes bu on the thurd and fourth, I noticed that there's changes in my vowel movement.
  • I noticed that I'm frequently farting.
  • It's much easier to go number 2.
  • I noticed that the end product (stool) is lighter and floats in the bowl. Only shows that my stomach really absorbs the nutrients from the food I take.

A little intake of food supplements wouldn't mind, especially if it is for the betterment of our body. We should be open to health solutions. PhOligo is another product that gives prebiotic for our tummies and what's interesting is that it's natural.

Ai Ai Delas Alas Stages A Benefit Concert for Kristong Hari Church

9:25:00 PM

The Comedy Queen, Ai Ai Delas Alas, known for her tanga outfit whenever she performs might go a little bit wholesome as she conducts a benefit concert this coming June 24, 2019. Details of the concert is yet to confirm but it was assured that it's going to be filled with great performances.

It's not always funny antics and work for the Comedy Queen, knowing Ms Ai Ai, she will help whenever she can, specially for the church. That's a 100% sure. I think she believes that sharing your blessings is the right thing to do and will bring back ten folds. Probably that's one of her advocacy.

Speaking of advocacy, Ms Ai Ai pushes her service as she also head the team inviting other performers to join the Benefit Concert for the Kristong Hari Church which will on June 24 at Araneta Coliseum. One of her brand endorsement, Hobe Quick Cook Noodles, supports her on this project.

Kristong Hari is one of the old churches along Commonwealth Ave. Right before St. Peter Church was built, Kristong Hari was one of the nearest local churches in the vicinity of Commowealth Ave. The sunctuary where many of the Catholics go to listen for mass.

Keep posted for more details to come on this benefit concert.
