Fiery Style Southwestern Flaming Grill is one of the growing companies in the food and restaurant industry that sets up a new branch in the Northern part of Quezon City in SM City Fairview, one of the known malls in the area. You'll find this location very far from the Metro and is almost at the boundary of Bulacan. This place is maybe far but I'm sure you'll find this place filled with so many things to go to.

To spice up the newest wing of SM City Fairview Parkway, Fiery Style is just the right Tex-Mex restaurant to place in this part of the mall, as they provide quite a variety of dishes to choose from.

Opening its doors to nearby residences, Fiery Style is already receiving quite many guests. The lining up of the crowd in the lobby only proves that people are interested in this Tex-Mex restaurant. I'm a testament to this as I'm one of the guests to partake in their flavorful dishes.

The place isn't big but it can accommodate several guests that will be there to dine and enjoy the live band, especially during weekends. There are plenty of delectable dishes but there are few that interests my palate. For this food journey, I liked their Steak and the Galleon of Bones. I do like the concept of how different dishes were mixed in one serving. Good for a group of four or more. While the steak ala familia is tender enough to bite and feel the juiciness.



Thirsty or not, you can also enjoy their cocktails and drinks. You can enjoy the night away.

Other dishes that might interest you are the Lord of the Wings, which is a selection of chicken wings in different flavors; their tasty Cheesecake for dessert; the Chili Beef Quesadilla that fills your palate; and of course their Fiery Nachos that is coined as the best nachos in town.

Whenever I see Mexican inspired restaurant or a Mexican hat or even a fiery decorations of a Tex Mex restaurants, there's only one word that registers into my mind - 'Spicy'. Perhaps that's the trademark and style of the Mexicanos that some of us now ador, their rich culture and their spicy signature dishes. Of course time flies and boundaries are breached and these Mexican dishes are now fused with some other cultures, thus, Tex Mex rose, Texas Mexican dishes.

Speaking of Mexican dishes, there are few of them that I enjoy, some that I like are enchalada, tacos, their spicy dishes and the assortment of salsa. Don't forget the drinks like margarita and tequila.
Just recently, I was invited to try the dishes of the latest addition of restos to visit in Eton Centris, the Fiery Style Southwestern Flaming Grill. This is the 10th branch of the restaurant and still, continuously growing. According to its owners, they'll be having 14 more stores to be open in different areas. The foods were great, and of course, the experience wouldn't be complete without the drinks.


This is different from most of the establishments in the area. To be precise, this is the first Tex Mex restaurant in Eton Centris. So if you like Mexican or Mexican inspired dish, explore this part of QC.

Of course there are plenty of dishes to enjoy and experience but the best way to try out almost everything is their combos. Yup, they 8 Combinationes or 8 Combinations that are very much affordable and easy on the budget. So if you're working in the area of Centris it's the right place with right budget.

Who would have thought that there’s a place in Kapitolyo, Pasig where you can have your delightful Mexican inspired dishes. This is the place where you can have your cheat day err may be not. It's a Live MAS for me as I munch favorite dishes from Taco Bell. Live MAS is the brand's response to the innovation of Filipino's fast food dining culture.
