5 Reasons Why Not Watch Belle Mariano's Daylight Concern

12:21:00 PM

Fans and followers of Belle Mariano are all in waiting for today's Daylight Concert. For the fans, it is one of the milestones for the rising star, and they don't want to miss this momentous event.

We all know how good Belle Mariano is in her chosen crafts, but will you not watch her concert tonight?

Here are five (5) possible reasons why not watch Belle Mariano's Daylight Concern.

You're not a fan of Bele Mariano. You'd rather have your night with yourself or with your friends who are not a fan of Belle Mariano. So, why waste your money on something that you don't like.
Your world revolves around your special someone, so spending a night watching a concert is not your priority unless your special someone is a die-hard fan of Belle Mariano.
You don't like online concerts. You prefer the real deal, too bad you'll have to face it that on-ground events are not yet possible at the moment.
You don't have money to pay for the concert ticket pass, so, you'll just wait till it is aired somewhere else on the net.
Because you still have overtime work that your boss instructed and he or she wants that report tonight. Sorry for you.

But if you're the opposite of all of these, well, you just have to be home early and make sure that your internet connections are stable. So that you'll enjoy the night!

100 Reasons To Be Thankful To The Lord

7:14:00 PM

I just watched one of the episodes of Magandang Buhay, and one of its guests is Brother Bo Sanchez. For sure, you know who is, and probably, he somehow touched your life one way or another. One story that inspires me, aside from him being a preacher, is his story of how he helped his "kasambahay" or house helper to save money and even taught them to invest in stocks.

This morning's episode of Magandang Buhay shares an inspiring thought about our current situation today. Yes, we are all in the pandemic crisis, and with the lockdown/quarantine period, we are all instructed to stay at home. It brings fear and worries to all of us. Get to Know the 5 Reasons Why “HELLO, LOVE, GOODBYE” Is Not Just Your Typical Love Story

5:50:00 AM

Ever wonder why the movie “Hello Love, Goodbye” by Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richard became a box office record-breaking hit even though it was the first movie team-up of the two? Well, There's a simple answer to that, the movie isn't just your typical love story and you read on to get the reasons why. Especially now that it is set to make hearts swoon once more as it makes its TV debut this December with its airing on ABS-CBN TVplus’ KBO.

Directed by the award-winning director Cathy Garcia Molina, it depicts the stories of the OFWs in Hong Kong and the love story of Joy (Kath), an OFW aspiring to migrate to Canada, and Ethan (Alden), a bartender awaiting his residency status.

As their lives intertwine, viewers will see how this film is more than just a love story. Here are some of the lessons Kapamilyas can pick-up from the film:

FILIPINOS TEND TO PUT THEIR FAMILY FIRST BEFORE THEIR SELVES
In the movie, Joy decides to take risks by taking on multiple jobs as she tries to balance sending helping her family and saving up for what she considers a better future into Canada. For her, selflessness must take over when her family’s future is at stake.

OFWS STRUGGLE IN THEIR EVERYDAY LIVES WORKING ABROAD

The film showed how working abroad is not always rainbows and butterflies as many would think. Like a lot of OFWs, Joy tried to make ends meet as she juggled doing household chores, caring for the young and the elderly, illegally selling online products, waiting tables and washing dishes in a bar. Our OFWs need our utmost understanding and concern because leaving their families to help them entails a lot of sacrifices.

YOU CAN FORGIVE YOURSELF FROM THE BAD THINGS/DECISIONS YOU’VE MADE
Ethan is trying to fix his life after giving up his residency in Hong Kong to be with his ex-girlfriend and neglecting his familial duties. However, as he tries hard to regain his family, especially his brother’s trust, he also still blames himself for his wrong decisions. But with the help of Joy, he then forgives himself.

REACHING OUT CAN HELP FRIENDS WITH PROBLEMS
“Need a friend today,” was Ethan’s persistent messages to Joy when he was bugging her to be his friend. Sometimes a text message will suffice to comfort a friend who is coping up with a problem.

THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO WILL COME TO YOUR LIFE TO CHANGE YOU
Not everyone who you meet will be permanent in your lives. Sometimes they are only instruments to make you better. They may not stay in your lives but the memories and lessons you learn from them can help you throughout your life.

Enjoy Ethan and Joy’s story and don’t miss the chance to catch the TV premiere of “Hello Love Goodbye” this December on KBO, simply register using any prepaid or postpaid SIM. For prepaid, just load up (Globe, TM, Smart, Sun, TNT) with P30; press the green / INFO button on your TVplus box remote to get your box ID; then text KBO30 DEC13 to 2366. 5 Reasons Why HellBoy Should Not Be Watched By Faint-Hearted

8:00:00 AM

There are reasons why the regulatory board give grade and rating for films to be released and watched by moviegoers. This is to protect viewers from any effects of the movie that may lead to something like trauma or a like (that's my guess), most especially for the little ones. That is why they made sure to have restrictions like the Parental Guidance or PG and Rated or R ratings.

For our movie discussion today we will be featuring the recently released movie HellBoy, which is actually a reboot of the 2004 released movie directed by Guillermo del Toro. While this year's film is directed by Niel Marshall, which is considered to be a much more closer to the comic book release of Dark Horse. A much darker story of HellBoy.

So, after watching the movie I was able to build up some reasons why it should be and should be watched. First, lets focus on the 'why not'. Perhaps the 'why to watch' will be on the second part of our topic.

I have organized and collated five (5) main reasons why faint-hearted people should not watch HellBoy.

  • The movie shows to much blood and gory scenes that someone who easily faints with blood might experiene trauma. Worse, the person might loose consciousness in a not so well litted part of the movie house that might cause the person injury.
  • There are parts of the movie where decapitation and slaughtering are involved that is not a watch for children and faint-hearted individual. The smashing, slicing and dicing is really prominent in the movie. Yes it's clear as water that the title is HellBoy but the writer and director should have tone it down since HellBoy is a kids thing.
  • If you're heart isn't strong enough to stay in your belief, then you should not watch the movie. The site of its apocalyptic distruction when he held the Excalibur Sword just doesn't make much sense. Yes he is the rightful heir to the throne but that doesn't mean he just loose consciousness and became the demon that he is and release all the evil around the world.
  • The psychic connection created by the character played by Sasha Lane is just gruesome and that gawking sensation of a thing com8ng out of your mouth will let you feel nausous and vomit.
  • Lastly, if you don't want to see the sight of people being torn apart and be eaten by monsters, then perhaps you might want to reconsider. The beginning of the movie is already a mild one and it progresses like a creceindo of bloody mess as it goes near the end.

So, will I recommend to watch the movie? Yes, if you have the guts to take all the gory, gruesome, and bloody effects of the movie. Plus if the foundation of your belief is as hard as the pillars if St. Peter's church. But for a faint heart take on a courage pill first and a dosage of strength to get yourself together to see to the movie.
