Janine and Lovi Give all the Feels in Interabled Queer Love Story “SLEEP WITH ME”

11:46:00 AM

Sleep with Me,” starring Janine Gutierrez and Lovi Poe, is the next girls’ love (GL) series that will tickle your fancy!

All six episodes just dropped on iWantTFC and the series immediately became the top trending topic on Twitter in the Philippines.

More than the genuine ‘kilig’ between the female leads, the series tackles the struggles of interabled queer individuals and how they navigate life in a society that makes them feel like outcasts.

Lovi portrays Luna, who suffers from a rare sleeping disorder, while Janine plays Harry, an ever-lovely late-night radio DJ who uses a wheelchair.

The series, which recently won the audience award for best episodic at the LGBTQ+ film festival in Los Angeles, is also available for iWantTFC premium subscribers outside the Philippines and Indonesia, and is directed by Samantha Lee, who is a proud member of the LGBT community herself.

No matter how you identify as, “Sleep with Me” is definitely a must-watch. Here’s why:

Beautiful love story between two girls

“Sleep with Me” can be classified as a GL. However, as Direk Sam mentioned in a previous interview, it is a simple and tender love story between two individuals who just happen to be girls. The series does not overcomplicate the sexuality of Harry and Luna because they both know (and are 100% sure of themselves) that they are madly in love with one another. And even if they are both female, that isn’t a problem at all because as the saying goes - “love is love.”

Represents persons with disabilities

The series also highlights the struggles (whether visual or not) of PWDs. In Luna’s case, her disorder isn’t visible as she’s been diagnosed with delayed sleep phase syndrome (no, it is not insomnia). Luna is awake during the wee hours of the night and falls asleep during the day, which makes her feel isolated from the rest of the world.

In contrast, Harry uses a wheelchair due to a past car accident. A lot of scenes highlight the lack of importance society gives to wheelchair users. However, it also gives us a different perspective on how NOT to feel sorry for them, as evident in one scene, wherein Harry tells a worried Luna “I’m not as fragile as I look.”

Lovi and Janine’s palpable chemistry

What happens when two gorgeous and alluring women play each other’s love interests? A major heart-fluttering ‘kilig’-fest. From Harry and Luna’s enchanting meet-cute, to their impromptu “date,” their intimate first night, and all the awkward yet extremely cute exchanges in between, their delicate love and fondness for each other radiates through the screen and makes viewers’ hearts skip a beat.

Luna’s angst is relatable

Luna is a science textbook writer who carries a lot of emotional baggage stemming from her rare condition and lingering issues from her past relationship. She’s used to shutting herself out from everyone else in her twilight-lit bedroom and relies on a cup of ramen noodles and iced coffee on a nightly basis.

Although she may seem stuck-up, in reality, she is just clouded by her deepest fears and is longing to be loved. That is why she found a friend in Wendy (Nour Hooshmand), who gives her wise, unsolicited advice and is willing to listen on the rare times Luna opens up to her.

Harry’s sweet disposition lightens up the mood

Unlike Luna, Harry is confident, a go-getter, and is the complete opposite of “torpe,” after all, she was the one who made the first move. Harry is Luna’s ray of sunshine and comes up with top-notch punchlines to reassure Luna of her love and make her feel secure. “Gawa tayo ng mundo na para sa ating dalawa lang” and “starting today, ako na ‘yung magwo-worry sayo 24/7” are some of her best remarks.

Highlights a cute sibling bond

In addition to Harry and Luna’s love story, the series explores the familial bond between Harry and her gay brother Kai (Kerwin King), as well as Luna and her younger sister Lia (Reign Parani). Harry and Kai are queer siblings who bring out the best in each other. Meanwhile, Luna is somewhat able to let her guard down whenever she talks to Lia, who lives in another country.

“MARS RAVELO’S DARNA” Rise in Primetime as Premiere Records High Viewership Garners Praises

12:05:00 AM

ABS-CBN’s modern-day account of the most iconic Pinay superhero has finally seen the light of day as “Mars Ravelo’s Darna” debuted to rave reviews, encouraging support, and high viewership that promises an exciting run for the highly anticipated series top billed by Jane De Leon.

The first episode—which soared to a peak of 296,334 live concurrent viewers via Kapamilya Online Live on YouTube—introduced viewers to Jane’s Narda Custodio, her mom Leonor (Iza Calzado), brother Ding (Zaijian Jaranilla), and grandmother Berta (Rio Locsin).

It also provided an explanation as to how Leonor, the first Darna, came to Earth from her planet of origin Marte, and gave viewers a clear image of her capabilities as she fought off an alien being that has invaded their town as Darna.

Narda also learned of Leonor’s superhero identity and her inevitable fate as the next protector of the white mythical stone. Meanwhile, a scene also showed an enigmatic female character who was infected with a toxic element from the alien creature—alluding to how Janella Salvador’s Regina would become the serpent villain Valentina.

Aside from Jane, Zaijian, Janella, Rio, and Iza, Joshua Garcia also appeared in the first episode as Brian Robles, Narda’s high school friend that she tries to help from bullies.

A project years in the making, netizens showed their excitement and admiration for “Mars Ravelo’s Darna” as the hashtag #Darna landed on top of the Twitter trend list worldwide and in the Philippines. Many lauded its commendable visual effects, impressive fight scenes, and inspiring message.

Twitter user @sentillasdarwin said, “I love the stunts, the production value, and the ensemble cast, not to mention the narrative we really need right now calling us to be our own 'hero' to and for others. I'm all for it! #Darna.”

“#Darna is a mix of CGI and practical effects. I’m not expecting Hollywood-level effects but comparing this to its contemporaries, this is a level up sa Pinoy TV,” @CholoI_ tweeted.

For its premiere episode, “Mars Ravelo’s Darna” held a live viewing party at the Robinson’s Galleria last Monday (August 15), where fans enjoyed watching the series with cast members who graced the event.

“Mars Ravelo’s Darna” is directed by the Master Director Chito S. Roño, Avel Sunpongco, and Benedict Mique and produced by ABS-CBN’s JRB Creative Production unit.

Witness Narda’s flight to greatness in “Mars Ravelo’s Darna,” airing weekdays, 8 pm on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, CineMo, and TV5. It is also available to watch via Kapamilya Online Live, iWantTFC, and The Filipino Channel.

“FPJ’S ANG PROBINSYANO” BREAKS ONLINE VIEWERSHIP RECORD IN ACTION-PACKED FINALE

12:04:00 AM

After making a mark on pop culture as the longest-running action-drama series in the Philippines, “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” concluded with an action-packed and emotion-filled finale that glued viewers to see the fate of the iconic hero cop Cardo Dalisay, played by Coco Martin.

The nearly two-hour finale hit a new all-time high record of 536,543 live concurrent views on Kapamilya Online Live on YouTube and garnered multiple trending topics on Twitter in the Philippines such as #FPJAP7MissionAccomplished, #FPJsAngProbinsyano, Coco Martin, Susan Roces, Cardo, Julia Montes, Lola Flora, Onyok, John Arcilla, Angel Aquino, Agila, and Hipolito.

The episode saw Cardo’s Task Force Agila being given a hero’s burial after they sacrificed their lives to save President Oscar (Rowell Santiago) and finally eliminated terrorist leaders Renato (John Arcilla) and Lucio (Raymond Bagatsing). Cardo was the only one who survived the bloodbath, along with President Oscar, who awarded the police cop with a medal of bravery.

Viewers also turned emotional with the moving tribute to the late Susan Roces, who portrayed Lola Flora, as Cardo grieved with his family by his side. The episode also signified new beginnings - Cardo returned to the province and was reunited with Mara (Julia Montes), while Oscar tied the knot with his first love Aurora (Sharon Cuneta).

Coco led the powerhouse cast in thanking the entire “FPJAP” time and their loyal viewers for their unwavering support throughout the show’s nearly seven-year run.

“Gusto kong magpasalamat kay tita Susan kasi sa kanya po nagsimula ang lahat ng ito dahil pinayagan niya kaming gawin ‘yung proyekto. Salamat po kay FPJ kasi siya po ang naging inspirasyon naming lahat,” said Coco during their thanksgiving celebration on “ASAP Natin ‘To” on Sunday (August 14).

“FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” united Filipinos all over the country as they tuned in to celebrate the end of the iconic show. In Tubod, Lanao del Norte, the local government organized a live viewing party which was attended by thousands of Filipinos. Another viewing party was held in Mindoro, while tricycle drivers in Bulacan watched the finale together.

Several families and die-hard fans also gave a fitting send-off for the show. In a Facebook post, netizen Jan Gutierrez awarded their father with a ‘certificate of completion’ for successfully completing all episodes. Meanwhile, Lola Teresita, who went viral last June for her reaction to Black Ops’ torture scene against Cardo, shared her happiness on social media after Cardo survived his final mission.

To give back to their supporters, “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” started its “Pasasalamat Tour” last August 14 at Vista Mall Taguig, where thousands of fans gathered to see members of the cast. The thanksgiving tour is also set to visit Bulacan (August 19), Cebu (August 20), and Iloilo (August 21), as well as the United States this coming September.

“MARS RAVELO’S DARNA”: A Modern-Day Retelling of Darna's Heroism Flies Today

6:02:00 AM

Today’s generation of viewers will finally witness Darna come alive to manifest her superpowers, bare her humanity and love for family, and empower audiences with her bravery in ABS-CBN Entertainment’s “Mars Ravelo’s Darna” series that is set to premiere on Monday (August 15), 8 pm on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, Jeepney TV, and TV5.

“Ito na po ang pagkakataon namin para ipakita sa buong mundo ang pinaghirapan ng production, lahat ng cast, mapa-staff and directors. Matagal na rin po itong hinintay ng sambayanang Pilipino,” said lead star Jane de Leon who plays Narda Custodio and her superhuman alter-ego Darna.

“Maraming-marami po kayong aabangan pagdating sa effects, costumes, villains, at syempre sa bagong istorya ng ‘Darna,’” she promised at the Darna Grand Media Conference held last Monday (August 8).

The Star for All Seasons Vilma Santos gave a surprise video message at the event. “Yung pagiging Darna, relevant yan, lalo na ngayon na napupuno tayo ng challenges sa buhay. Ang karakter niya ay nagbibigay ng inspirasyon sa mga tao,” the multi-awarded actress, who starred in four Darna movies, said. “Jane, na sa’yo na ang bato! Pangalaan mo yang mabuti. Maging ehemplo ka ng henerasyon ngayon.”

The series will chronicle the life of Narda, an emergency medical technician (EMT) and a loving breadwinner to the Custodio family, who is destined to become the next protector of the powerful stone that enables her to transform into a superhero who has special abilities to help those in danger.

Joining Jane in this year’s most awaited program are Iza Calzado who plays Narda’s mother Leonor, the first Darna; Janella Salvador as vlogger and lawyer Regina and Darna’s mortal enemy Valentina; Joshua Garcia as a police officer named Brian; Zaijian Jaranilla as Narda’s geeky younger brother Ding.

Also part of the series are Paolo Gumabao, Rio Locsin, Richard Quan, Simon Ibarra, Jeffrey Santos, Eric Fructuoso, Levy Ignacio, and many more.

Darna’s modern-day TV adaptation, based on the creation of Pinoy comics legend Mars Ravelo, is directed by the Master Director Chito S. Roño, Avel Sunpongco, and Benedict Mique and produced by ABS-CBN’s JRB Creative Production unit.

Direk Chito shared good words about this generation’s Darna. “I’m very pleased not only that [Jane] she focused, not only that she concentrated, she has done very well as an actress for ‘Darna,’” complimenting Jane for how she has portrayed the role of the iconic superhero.

Viewers are eagerly awaiting the show’s premiere following several sightings of Darna’s character in various places culminating in the “DarnaCon” event last Saturday at Robinsons malls where the show’s cast got to meet and greet their fans. Its trailer, launched just last month, already earned almost 10 million views across ABS-CBN Entertainment’s social media platforms.

P-pop boy group BGYO was also announced to sing the official soundtrack of “Darna” titled “Patuloy Lang Ang Lipad” to be launched very soon.

The new series will air from Monday to Friday beginning August 15 at 8 pm on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, Jeepney TV, and TV5 and will also be available on Kapamilya Online Live, iWantTFC, and The Filipino Channel.

The Costume that Made Darna Iconic

12:13:00 AM

The newest Darna flies this August 15. But before it takes massive attention from its fans, let us try to check some details of the characters and figure out what is interestingly new in this latest Darna series.

Darna is an iconic heroine character among Filipinos. I think there's no Filipino who doesn't know Darna, probably except those who live in the mountain or chose to live a monk-like life or a sage or the ones who do not have any access to any media materials. Pinoy kids love this character, a good representation of woman empowerment.

From the conception of the character since its first appearance on screen in the 1950s, Darna has undergone many changes. This has made the icon, the idol of every kid in every generation.

Let us check what costume made the Darna character iconic.

Rosa Del Rosario - 1950 - "Darna"

Rosa del Rosario the first Darna wore a costume similar to the comic character, a head gear covering the head like a helmet with the Darna emblem. It then became its trademark but was changed during the portrayal of Nanette Medved and Anjanette Abayari, wearing only the symbol on the head.

Anjanette Abayari - 1994 - "Darna !Ang Pagbabalik"

Nanette Medved - 1991 - "Darna"

The two-piece costume with the iconic star on it. Almost all the actresses who played Darna wore this costume and interestingly there are only three (3) actresses who wore the one piece version, Sharon Cuneta, Regine Velasquez, and the now Iza Calzado.

Sharon Cuneta -  1986 - appeared in "Captain Barbell"

Regine Velasquez - 2009 - TV Series "Book 2 of Darna"

Let's talk about the emblem. From all the Darna versions and based on the creation of Mars Ravelo, there are two (2) significant objects present, the stone, and the wings. Rio Locsin, Lorna Tolentino, and Anjanette Abayari's costumes are somewhat different.

Lorna Tolentino - 1977 - "Darna"

Rio Locsin - 1977 - "Darna"

Now, the Jane de Leon Darna version shows a different emblem. The gem or stone is the same but the wings are not the usual feathery type. Probably a more digitalized and modernized look to match the current generation.

Probably the weirdest of all the actors who played the Darna role was Dolphy. Yes, he did get his chance of becoming Darna in Darna kuno!

Dolphy - 1979 - "Darna Kunoh?"

I think no matter what is the version in every generation, the character only speaks of one thing... woman empowerment.  Women are fragile but they are not weak. That's why Darna became an icon not only because of her costume but because of the strength and strong will behind that image.

Jane De Leon - present - Darna

So, what do you think of the new version of Darna?

Darna flies on August 15!

KYLIE PADILLA"s Comeback on Primetime in this Exciting Sports-Oriented Series Bolera

11:24:00 PM

It's the return of the comeback! From being the 'Rayna of Encantadia" to being the "Reyna of Toda," now mastering every angle on the billiard table.

What’s a woman’s place in a male-dominated sport?

She's a trailblazer--one who challenges the norms of the society and shows the world that women can also excel in a man's world.

Beginning May 30, GMA Entertainment Group sets out to prove that women can rise to the top and become champions with hard work, skill, and pure talent in its newest primetime series, Bolera.

Starring multi-talented Kapuso actress Kylie Padilla in her much-awaited showbiz comeback, she steps into the role of Joni, a billiard prodigy who is gifted with visual and spatial intelligence. “I'm so happy na ito yung naging comeback show ko kahit hindi ako marunong mag-billiards. Nung sinabi sa akin na kaliwete si Joni, I took the challenge, I said okay, let's go, let's try. Mahirap siya nung una kasi I'm a right-handed person. I took everything into account, I trusted na kaya natin ‘to. Nung pinapanood ko naman ang ganda! Thank you everyone for helping me to get the character right, to get the form right. Sobrang saya ko! I'm so proud of this show talaga.” says Kylie.

At a young age, Joni was taught to play the sport by her father who was a former billiard champion. After being accused of cheating, her father’s career ended but it never hindered her from learning and becoming a master herself. But when her father died, it was up to her to support her family; playing billiards was suddenly the last thing on her mind.

But dreams have a way of catching up with us, and Joni suddenly finds herself returning to the sport she first fell in love with. Now older and wiser, she meets stronger opponents and faces bigger problems rooted in circumstances that happened to her family years ago. And with every fall, she stands up taller and comes back stronger. She is determined to win, and will do everything to do just that.

Joining Kylie in the series are two of the of the Network’s brightest stars.

Rayver Cruz takes the role of Miguel, a handsome and competitive billiard prodigy who will eventually become Joni’s opponent; and Jak Roberto is Toypits, Joni’s neighbor and childhood friend who has always had feelings for her.

Making the series more interesting is a stellar roster of artists composed of Gardo Versoza as Marco “Cobrador” Santos, a billiard master who has no qualms resorting to underhanded tactics just to win; Joey Marquez as Freddie Roldan, a seemingly grumpy man who will become Joni’s mentor in the sport; Al Tantay as Joma, Joni’s father and a former billiard champion; and Ms. Jaclyn Jose as Tessa Fajardo, Joni’s loving mother who will do anything for her family.

Also starring in this original series are Via Veloso as Marla, the owner of the billiard bar that Joni works at; Sue Prado as Roma, Toypit’s mother who will unravel a dark secret; David Remo as Tres, Joni’s supportive brother; Ge Villamil as Kikay, Tessa’s close friend; Luri Nalus as Pogi, Cobrador’s sidekick.

Bolera is proudly presented by an outstanding team lead by GMA Entertainment Group SVP Lilybeth G. Rasonable; VP for Drama Cheryl Ching-Sy; AVP for Drama Helen Rose Sese; Program Manager Dennis Joi K. Bentulan; Executive Producer Arlene D. Pilapil.

The series would not be possible if not for the creative minds of Creative Director Aloy Adlawan; Content Development Consultant Ricky Lee; Creative Consultant Denoy Punio; Head Writer Des Garbes-Severino; Concept Creator J-Mee Katanyag; Writers Benson Logronio, Nehemiarey Dallego, J-Mee Katanyag; Brainstormer Louize Al-Shehri.

Bolera is under the helm of esteemed directors Dominic Zapata and Jorron Lee Monroy.

Karen Bordador Life Story Protrayed by Kaila in "MMK"

7:57:00 PM

If you're one of the many viewers who have followed PBB, then you'll definitely not miss one of its former housemates, Karen Bordador.

Languishing in prison for five years for a crime she did not commit was probably the most difficult part of former PBB kumunity housemate Karen Bordador’s life. With faith in God, Karen never gave up and is now ready to tell her story a two-part International Women’s month special with Kaila Estrada portraying her on "MMK" this March 12 (Saturday) and 19 (Saturday).

Karen said that sharing her life story in "MMK" was a dream come true. She said, "I can't believe that my story would be shared finally. I'm a big fan of ‘MMK.’ Inside the cell, we watched it every Saturday and we would talk about how we would dream to be part of it.”

"This sharing is not to set me free, but it is to set a lot of people free and make them realize that life is great. People out there, their minds are imprisoned even if they are not in prison. I just want to let them know what happened to me five years ago and look where you're at, you are in a more privileged situation. Let's set each other free," she added.

For Kaila who is portraying Karen's life, she admired Karen's strength and positivity amidst the trials she faced.

"She is an epitome of a strong woman for me. I cannot imagine going through what she went through. The fact that she is positive and her fighting spirit to fight regardless of what was thrown at her. It was so inspiring My main takeaway is there is always light at the end of the tunnel. She found a purpose and she was of service to other people and to herself given what she was facing," she said.

Karen, who was a contestant of ABS-CBN’s reality contest “I Do,” was living a wonderful life as a DJ and model, but her life took a 360˚turn after visiting her boyfriend one morning after doing her radio show. Just within seconds of her arrival, police swooped down the place and arrested them in connection with an illegal drugs buy-bust operation.

Her life went downhill since then. Her reputation was tarnished. Proving her innocence was a long and arduous battle. See how her unwavering faith in God opened her eyes through the small blessings she got inside the cell and how she was determined to bounce back following the court’s acquittal.

Directed by Raz dela Torre, joining Kaila in this episode is Karen, Lou Yanong, and Shamaine Buencamino.

Watch "MMK" on A2Z, Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live on YouTube, ABS-CBN Entertainment Facebook page, and iWantTFC. Outside the Philippines, it is available on cable and IPTV via The Filipino Channel.

“CLICK, LIKE, SHARE” Brings New Lessons on Its 3rd Season Starring Vivoree, jane, Elmo, JC, Shanaia, and Belle

11:45:00 AM

A great start of the year to learn the dos and don'ts of online. iWantTFC opens 2022 with new stories about love and family in the third season of the original anthology series “Click, Like, Share” starring Vivoree Esclito, Jane Oineza, Elmo Magalona, JC Alcantara, Shanaia Gomez, and Belle Mariano. It will stream exclusively on the iWantTFC app and website (iwanttfc.com) starting January 12 every Wednesday at 8 PM.

The new episodes, directed by Andoy L. Ranay, continue the series’ social media advocacy while examining how technology or social media affects personal relationships and emphasizing the values of forgiveness, paying it forward, sacrifice, and contentment.

The first episode titled “Repair” is a story about healing with JC portraying a young cop, James, who lives with the shame left behind by his late dad, a notorious convicted criminal. When the death anniversary of his father’s victim comes, the issue resurfaces online, and JC finds himself transported back in time to confront his father.

In “QR Code,” Vivoree discovers kindness as a security guard who gets fired from her job for allowing a man without a QR code to enter the building. Fed up with her misfortunes, Ellie (Vivoree) decides to apply for a job overseas, but a series of coincidences complicates her decisions along the way.

In “Unseen,” Jerome (Elmo) and Mariel (Jane) and Jane are longtime lovers whose relationship is changed by an accident that leads to her blindness. Driven by guilt, Jerome dedicates his time to looking after Mariel, until one day, he suddenly disappears from her life forever.

“Swap” follows the gripping tale of two sisters whose bond is torn apart by jealousy. Jessie (Belle), a deeply insecure ‘jologs’ who envies the life of her famous vlogger sister Jenny (Shanaia), gets her ultimate wish when she wakes up to find out they have switched bodies. What follows is a startling realization that there is more to their lives than meets the eye.

The third season of “Click, Like, Share,” produced by ABS-CBN Entertainment and iWantTFC in association with Dreamscape Entertainment and Kreativ Den, also stars Allan Paule, Nikki Valdez, Mark Rivera, and Bernard Palanca.

All episodes of “Click, Like, Share” are also streaming for free in the Philippines on iWantTFC. Its first season, starring Francine Diaz, Kyle Echarri, Seth Fedelin, and Andrea Brillantes, scrutinizes how technology and social media alter young people’s perception of their own abilities, relevance, self, and truth. The second season, which features Janella Salvador, Tony Labrusca, Barbie Imperial, Jerome Ponce, and Maymay Entrata, offers a mature take on how abusing and misusing technology and social media twists one’s self-acceptance, purpose, and beliefs.

Watch out for the premiere of the third season of “Click, Like, Share” this January 12 at 8 PM on iWantTFC. For updates, follow @abscbnpr on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok or visit www.abs-cbn.com/newsroom.

Will PAULO AND JANINE Love Story a ‘MERRILY EVER AFTER’ IN “MARRY ME, MARRY YOU”?

12:01:00 AM

Are you one of the many viewers who watch the story of Camille and Andrei? It's sad that it'll be ending soon but what's interesting is that their kwento or their story somehow made a true love story for others.

Andrei and Camille’s (Paulo Avelino and Janine Gutierrez) dream of having a large happy family is jeopardized in the dramatic finale of “Marry Me, Marry You,” which is in its last three weeks on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, and TV5.

When Camille suddenly suffers a miscarriage, the couple will struggle to keep their family together. As she grieves and copes with the traumatic loss of the baby, she also becomes estranged from Andrei and will have second thoughts about starting a family with him.

Camille’s insecurities about becoming a mother will also reach new heights with the heartbreaking revelation that Andrei is the real father of the newborn baby of Patricia (Iana Bernardez), Andrei’s ex-girlfriend, and not his best friend Cedric (Jake Ejercito). Because of this, Patricia will become increasingly obsessed with stealing Andrei away from his wife and will even resort to violent measures to get her way.

Camille will become even more distraught as her conflict with Laviña, Andrei’s evil stepmom, intensifies when she discovers that she could have avoided the miscarriage but Laviña refused to help her.

“Marry Me, Marry You’s” emotional finale trailer also shows the series of life-threatening accidents that will put Andrei and Camille’s lives in danger.

Despite the mounting problems that are about to unfold in the series, Camille’s relationship with her godmothers Elvie, Marvi, and Paula (Cherry Pie Picache, Vina Morales, and Sunshine Dizon) remains intact as they give her the love and support to help her overcome her issues.

Will Andrei and Camille’s love story have a happy ending? Is there still a chance for the families of Andrei and Camille to make peace?

Don’t miss the final three weeks of “Marry Me, Marry You: Merrily Ever After?” on weeknights at 8:40 PM on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, TV5, and Kapamilya Online Live on ABS-CBN Entertainment’s YouTube channel and Facebook page. The box-office director also said that viewers can anticipate a modern-day supervillain in the show that is set to premiere in 2022. He teased, “We’re modernizing Valentina time. Totally kakaiba sa dating Valentina!”

“I haven’t really seen her [Janella] that much except for when she auditioned and I was kinda impressed. Andrei and Camille Begin their Road to Forever in “MARRY ME, MARRY YOU”

3:30:00 AM

The happiest part of the relationship is when you begin your road to building more roads ahead of you. As for Andrei and Camille (Paulo Avelino and Janine Gutierrez), they vow to fight through thick and thin now that they are happily engaged in “Marry Me, Marry You,” which airs weeknights on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, and TV5.

As they begin their “road to forever,” Camille’s family has given the couple their full support. Andrei, however, still has to convince his side of the family that Camille has no bad intentions and that they will push through with their wedding no matter what.

Luckily, Andrei’s overbearing father Emilio (Edu Manzano) will slowly warm up to his son when they have a heart-to-heart conversation, which will also lead Emilio to retract his decision on disinheriting Andrei.

While Andrei is on the right track with reconciling with Emilio, all hope may be lost for his step-mother Laviña (Teresa Loyzaga), who will do whatever it takes to ruin Andrei and Camille’s relationship. Laviña fears that Emilio will rekindle his romance with Elvie (Cherry Pie Picache), Andrei’s real mother and Camille’s godmother, if the newly-engaged couple insist on getting married.

Meanwhile, Paula’s (Sunshine Dizon) secret love affair with her younger suitor Luke (Fino Herrera) has gotten more complicated. Paula is sacrificing her own happiness for her daughter Koleene (Analain Salvador), after she found out that her daughter is also in love with Luke. But Paula might have to deal with a double heartbreak when Koleene finds out the truth about their romance and catches them holding hands.

Will Emilio finally accept Camille and her family for Andrei? What will happen to Paula’s relationship with Koleene when she finds out about the truth?

Will Andrea and Francine's Characters, Joy and Mira, Find Healing in this Final Week of "Huwag Kang Mangamba"?

12:11:00 AM

One of the many TV series produced by the Kapamilya Network will finally have its finale week. The show is getting more intense as the show nears it ends.

The people of Hermoso have had their faith in Bro tested and restored in “Huwag Kang Mangamba,” but Mira and Joy’s (Andrea Brillantes and Francine Diaz) mission is far from over with evil faith healer Deborah (Eula Valdes) still on the loose.

Mira and Joy will find a path to healing after the battle between good and evil reaches new heights in the final week of ABS-CBN’s inspirational teleserye on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, and TV5.

After staging her own death, Deborah promises to come back and end the lives of those who opposed her reign in Hermoso, particularly the group led by Mira and Joy. Deborah previously tried to kill Mira but ultimately failed after Bro immediately healed Mira’s stab wound.

Despite their ongoing struggles, Bro assured the sisters that everything happens for a reason and that they should stop worrying their lives away as long as their faith remains unshakeable.

Mira and Joy’s prayers will also get answered as they reunite with their deceased mother Fatima (Dimples Romana) in heaven.

Don’t miss the healing finale of “Huwag Kang Mangamba,” which figured in the list of the most watched TV programs among U.S. multicultural Asian homes in September.

In the Philippines, the show airs at 8:40 PM until Friday on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, TV5, Kapamilya Online Live, iWantTFC, WeTV, and iflix. Viewers who use any digital TV box at home such as the TVplus box only need to rescan their device to be able to watch “Huwag Kang Mangamba” on A2Z and TV5.
