The gift of health, as Robinsons Supermarket culminates its Route to Wellness campaign with its “Give” promo. The program aims to show people exciting ways to win prizes, get freebies, and share their blessings with other people. 

The Route to Wellness year-long campaign encourages Robinsons Supermarket customers to switch to a healthy lifestyle by providing nutritious food options to Filipino families through exciting and rewarding promos.
From November 1 to December 31, 2017, the Give Wellness promo will reward customers with a P100 off coupon when they spend P3000 worth of items inclusive of P500 worth of purchases from participating brands such as Enfagrow A+ Four, CDO, Selecta, Purefoods, Del Monte, Ceelin, Kojiesan, Promil Gold, Unilever, and P&G.
To officially kick-off the festivities, Robinsons Supermarket invited shoppers and their families to the “Give Wellness” event at the Eastwood Mall Open Park in Libis, Quezon City. McLisse graced the Event, that makes Patrons of Robinsons Supermarket enjoyed the program. McCoy De Leon and Elisse Joson or McLisse had fun during the games with their supporters and gave a few songs to thank Robinsons Shoppers.



Since giving should be taught to kids, our family was glad to be part of the kick-off of Robinsons Supermarket because our kids was able to learn the value of giving and at the same time enjoyed the activities.



Both our kids enjoyed the games offered in one of the booths. They also enjoyed creating their Cookie design and also the activity where they need to get gold and silver strips to be counted as part of the donations that Robinsons Supermarket will give.




We explained the game to our kids and the reason why they are going to do it. Right after that the kids were very eager to do it because they know the reason why. Our kids know that we were also foster children before that's why our family is very much close into this kind of activities. We know the feelings of being a foster child. This way we can impart to our kids the value of helping others.

Through the event’s polar express theme, participants had a merry time hopping onto a train ride full of games and prizes, activities and freebies. With the goal of giving back to the community, they took part in a game where they collected golden balls with corresponding values to help Robinsons Supermarket reach its P100,000 worth of donations to World Vision, a Christian, relief, development and advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice.

The “Give Wellness” event will travel to Novaliches from Nov. 10-12, Canlubang, Laguna from Nov. 17-19, and Gen. Trias, Cavite from Nov. 24-26 to enable people to discover and share the gift of health and wellness to others.

This rap song will truly make you go with the flow. Released and produced under Ex Battalion Music. The music describes the different type of girls that hurts or will hurt men.

Naturally, men are always on the limelight of being the F...Boy but on this music he is the broken-hearted one and the music is what his friends advises to him which is "Hayaan Mo Sila" (Leave Them Alone or Let Them Be).

15 isn't always the number for payday but knowing that you'll be having moolah on that day is one great of a number to enjoy. And the thing is that you'll be having money to spend in one of the great restaurants in the metro, Beeffalo.

Yes, just few months ago Beeffalo opened a new branch in a little city of San Juan. The restaurant is constructed in a not so isolated area beside a car wash. Not in a commercial center but is a great place to hang out with friends and families. It's a 50-seater restaurant that is already gaining popularity in the area. "We felt it was time to grow the business and reach out to a wider audience. So many establishments in Marikina have copied us so we want to conquer a new area," General Manager, Louie Abad shared.
Beeffalo or Beeffalo by Hotrocks started entertaining guests in 2013 at an obscure area of Marikina. Far away from the busy thoroughfare and was not easy to find. "It was like dining in the middle of nowhere, that was the magic of the place," according to Beeffalo general manager, Mr. Louie Abad. Still, the restaurant's name manage to reached a lot of customers and through the word of mouth their best-selling ribs and steaks were the talk of the town.


Beeffalo's concept is more of a place to relax and enjoy. "We want it to be a place where families can go to chill, have good food, then extended kwentuhan over coffee and dessert," described by Sir Louie. "We'd like to keep the identity of it being a destination restaurant, a place that encourages people to go out of their way to visit," he added.

So to give you more of the idea about their menu I list down 15 foods and beverage that I've tasted, enjoyed and longed to visit again for another round of great food. This is actually based on their serving.

• 1. Cucumber Lemonade - Natural and it's great for people wanted to have the good old fruit juices. If you're an avid fan of fruit juices better go with the bottomless drinks. 

• 2. Nachos - For a start if you're still not in the mood to eat heavy, nachos is one of the best appetizers. With Beeffalo's Nachos they have one dip, aside from the salsa, that I like and I'm sure kids will surely love, their spinach dip. Kids won't noticed that it was a spinach. 

• 3. Biscuit Pizza: Garlic and Mushroom - I'm a fun of mushrooms and garlics and having them on top of a think crust pizza with sauce and cheese all over, man it tastes yummy. 

• 4. Biscuit Pizza: Margherita - Just like the garlic and mushroom, this one is also appetizing. The crust is just right for the toppings, complementing each flavor and ingredients.

• 5. Taco BBQ Salad - I'm not much of a health buff but man I really love salad very much. Mixing the tacos with barbeque sauce and the lettuce is a good pair to have if you're trying to get out of the usual carbs and fatty foods.

• 6. Broccoli-Cheese Soup - If you hate broccoli then you might want to reconsider because Beeffalo's Broccoli-Cheese Soup is a good way to start the meal. A hot, healthy and flavorful soup to warm up the tummy. 

• 7. Roasted Pumpkin - If you still don't like broccoli then you might want to stick with the usual pumpkin soup but this one is a bit different because it is roasted.  You'll see that the soup is not the common color of pumpkin soups. 

• 8. Beeffalo Wings - Their wings is an original buffalo style which comes in Hot or Sweet. You can order spicy or sweet or mix and it comes with a blue cheese dip which makes it even tastier. 

• 9. Chicken Barbecue - This particular dish is one of their best-seller. Like what Sir Louie mentioned this is an old family recipe, so it only means that this and together with the other dishes comes with a secret herbs and spices that makes it tastier and yummier. Of course a Chicken Barbecue is best paired with a Java rice. 

• 10. Buttermilk Fired Chicken - This recipe is a commissioned recipe of one of the brands and this made it to one of the leading magazine. This is served with creamy gravy, mashed potato or garlic rice. Take note their mashed potato is out from the scratch which still fills in the true flavor. 

• 11. Baby Back Ribs Full Rack - Now if you're a fun of baby back ribs this one is just a must have in Beeffalo. Aside from knowing that this is one of their best-sellers, it is also I so far is the most affordable baby back ribs. Soft, yummy and it gets you enjoy the flavor. Of course it is also served in single. Advise get the full rack. 

• 12. Porterhouse - Meatlovers surely will enjoy the feast as Beeffalo's porterhouse is one meat to enjoy. Cooked just right and served just fine.

• 13. Grilled Salmon (New Offering) - This yummy fish delight is one to have on your table when you visit Beeffalo. Not yet for serving but better watch out for it. Your good excuse for meats. 

• 14. Brazo de Mercedes - If sweets are heaven I would definitely love to float around. 

• 15. Dulce de Leche Cheesecake - Another sinful treat from Beeffalo is their Dulce de Leche Cheesecake.

"All comfort food. We are very particular about what we serve, only those that live up to our personal standards and agree with our palates, but nothing fancy. Beeffalo is not pretentious and our pricing is pretty reasonable," Sir Louie pointed out and as I've checked the pricing with its good food and serving Php350 is fair deal.

The woman behind these exquisite dishes is Sir Louie's wife, Girlie Cosio-Abad. Acts as Beeffalo's executive chef, of which she applied her love for cooking and he enthusiasm in providing the best dish. Together with their friend Caren Diaz who handles finance made a good team in bringing Beeffalo to where it is now.

Why do you need to watch the movie of Alessandra de Rossi and Ivan Padilla entitled "12" of "Twelve"? Well there are reason why you need to watch it and take note you need to watch it (if you're in a relationship) with your partner. If you don't have yet a partner better watch it with your friends not to preempt any upcoming tie ups but to give you a wider view of the future.

So... before I start the reasons let me give you first some few background of the movie and the actors. The movie "12" is under Viva Films. It stars Alessandra de Rossi who play the character of Erika who is a former band member who becomes a stay-at-home partner, lovingly and happily devoting her time in taking care of her man. While Ivan Padilla plays the role of Anton who is a commercial director with a little bit of a problem with his temper. The couple started as friends for 5 years then became in a relationship for 7 years which makes up the total of 12 years of being together.

Of course we all know Alessandra de Rossi who recently gained tremendous success of its movie "Kita Kita". A very versatile actress that you can throw any character at her and she will just be that character without any pretentions.

On the other hand, Ivan Padilla is a new comer in the local scene but is related to the Padilla brothers. His acting experiences were from American TV shows like "Dexter", "CSI: New York", CSI: Miami", and "The Closer", among others. He also his shots in Hollywood movies like "Here Comes The Boom" with Salma Hayek. Another thing about this new comer is that his adept in martial arts most particularly in Jiu-Jitsu.
Now, "12" is a movie about relationship that will give understanding of the events after being in love. So here are our 12 realization after watching the movie "Twelve".

1. Don't count what you did for love.
2. Always have reservations, don't bet everything.
3. Life isn't always a happy ending. 
4. When you give don't expect something in return. It's the reality of life. 
5. When you clicked it doesn't always means your a match. 
6. It's not how long but how well the relationship was built. 
7. When she talks, you listen with your ears you might miss something. 
8. The future is good but always think of the present that might affect the future. 
9. Love doesn't mean perfect but it's how each one compliment or adjust for the shortcomings. 
10. Being in love is simple but learning to keep the love is a struggle. 
11. Don't make your special someone your sun, you might get burned when things get heated. 
12. All bad things comes out when your angry. 

One of the most celebrated event in the world with month long activities, mostly of beer drinkers, the October Beer Fest. It is celebrated internationally and locally. And for that , San Miguel as one of the leading and oldest provider of beer and celebrates the goodness of beer through their month-long celebration the San Miguel Oktoberfest.

The celebration includes different events nationwide, beer drinking, bands, even the Pulutan Challenge and other activities that includes the celebration good food and cold beer.

It's really great when you’re being considered as an expert for the part of tasting pulutan. Just before the start of the October month, San Miguel Oktoberfest initiated their competition by inviting stalls to participate in the challenge. By bringing in to their dear patrons the good food that they can offer.

In the event I attended at the Burrrpp Food Tent and where I am invited as a judge, I was able to grace their event, do the judging, taste their dishes and of course had a very cold bottle of beer. It was a cool experience judging the pulutans and much more I enjoyed the night.

The challenge isn't over yet because there will be a continuation to announce the winner of the challenge.
