Mouth, is just one part of the body that needs to be given very much attention. A care that is highly recommended in order to keep the organ and connecting parts in good top shape. It needs to, as it is the part of the body that is responsible in some few things why it is healthy and strong.

Speaking of gums, since our teeth are connected with the gums, I was able to listen to a topic presented during the event of Gumtect which tells horrific stories about uncared gums. It was indeed horrific that your entire teeth will become zombie looking or zombie look-a-like.


Here are the reasons I learned why we should take care of our gums.

• Periodontitis or periodontal. If you like to loose your teeth or be a zombie look-a-like then don't brush your teeth and don't floss but if you love having a good looking teeth do the right thing. 

• Bad breath and other bacteria in the mouth. Aside from gastric juices and food scent, swollen gums or gums with bacteria produces bad odor. I'm sure you don't want to have people running away from you when you talk. 

• Tendency to have heart attack and other diseases. When gums started to swell and developed bacteria and if not treated fast this bacterias can stream with the blood flow to different parts of the body that may cause diseases, one of which is the heart attack.

As they celebrate its 3rd year, Nuvali's holiday light and sound spectacle has been titled as "Reimagine the Magic: A Festival of Lights."  Visitors from different parts of the region will definitely enjoy well-loved Disney tunes as a field of 5,000 LED bulbs light up like an enchanted field of tulips. Aside from the musical of laser lights, the crowd favorite 50-meter light tunnel makes a return. Guests will also be enchanted by a number of Disney installations.

For this year's magical field of lights will have a different take as the show will support a cause. This is going to be a fundraising for the Hero Foundation which supports the families of fallen soldiers. Part of the Php50.00 fees will be donated to the foundation. As a way of thanking donors, each donation will include a fast past access to the show, a spot in the bleacher sets and Disney-themed bottled water. For interested guests you may register and pay online or inside the venue itself.

According to Mr. John Estacio, Nuvali General Manager, "We've had guests coming from Metro Manila and from neighboring provinces such as Batangas, Cavite and Laguna. Our intent is to bring Ayala Land's Christmas tradition to the communities south of Metro Manila." He also added that aside from spreading the yuletide cheer this season, the show presents its emphasis on the natural beauty of Nuvali by getting inspiration from nature as seen with the tulips and Anahaw-like light installations.

Early this November SM City Fairview unveiled and opened its door for their Christmas center piece with the theme: Hometown Holiday. Instead of the usual Christmas Tree lighting they take it differently by ringing the Town's Bell to signify its opening. The event was hosted by the beautiful Binibining Pilipinas Grand International 2016, Ms. Nicole Cordoves. The ceremony gave a spectacular show for the guests, viewers and mall goers.


SM Little Stars 2018 Grand Winner, Aleynah Redillas, graced the ceremony's presentation by playing the role as the little girl who has a magic snow globe that seems to teleport her to different towns whenever she shook it. It was a colorful and magical presentation.


Of course Christmas presentations definitely made a highlight with the presence of Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus that made every child present glazed in amazement and awe.



There were also other performances that made the program even more colorful and fun like the NU Chorale and the group of acrobats who put everyone almost off of their seats. And the performance that made the audience go wild was the performance of the boy band In Real Life. It was like a magnet that made the placed crowded.


The "lighting ceremony" (which is actually the ringing of the bell) was lead by the Pratts Family together with the executives of SM City Fairview that ends the program and begins the opening of their instagram-worthy Christmas center piece. This movie, Hintayan ng Langit, is brought to life by two of the renowned veteran actors, Eddie Garcia and Gina Pareno. We have known them in most of the top-grossing films and they sure encapsulate the characters in every film that they are involved with.

In the movie Hintayan ng Langit, one of the main character, Lisang has overstayed in her waiting room in purgatory, occasionally causing other souls trouble for her own entertainment. But today her waiting ends. Finally, she is set to cross over and her room is to be leased to a new tenant, Manolo, who turns out to be her newly-deceased ex-boyfriend. But life—or death—takes a heartbreaking turn as Lisang and Manolo get a second chance to get to know each other again and, in the process, begin to realize what it really means to be “alive” again. As Lisa and Manolo look back in retrospect and they examine the decisions they made in their lives, they can’t help but ask what if....


The feature film stars multi-awarded veteran actors Gina Pareño and Eddie Garcia and is written by spoken word artist Juan Miguel Severo based from his one-act stage play for The Virgin Lab Fest.

Smart offers the newly launched Huawei Mate 20 with the GigaX Plans at Php2199 per month, and the Huawei Mate 20 Pro at Php2,599 per month.

Smart also makes it easier for customers to get hold of the latest iPhones, starting with the iPhone XS at Php3,299 per month, and the iPhone XS Max at Php3,599 per month. The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is also available with the Smart GigaX Plans.

Twin awards for the country’s fastest network
Earlier this year, PLDT and Smart were cited for being the country’s fastest fixed and mobile networks for Q1-Q2 2018, respectively, by Ookla®, the global leader in internet testing and analysis.

Just recently, independent mobile analytics company OpenSignal also cited Smart for providing its customers the best video experience in the country. The UK-based firm has published an independent analysis of the customer experience for video services by telecom carriers in Asia, showing that Smart garnered a video experience score of 42.2, well ahead of competition in the Philippines and well above the national average.

OpenSignal also recognized Smart earlier this year for having the country’s fastest LTE network, awarding the company with four citations including best in 4G LTE download speed; best in overall download speed; best 4G latency performance; and best 3G latency performance in its March 2018 report.

It's the F thing and I'm sure we've got a lot of things in mind when we say the F word but for this new TV show, which is a partnership of A4 Telemedia and Marketing Services, Inc and People's Television network (PTV 4), the FTalk. The new TV Show highlights the stories of empowered women talking about family, favorites, fun things and a whole lot of F.

FTalk is a 30-minute program that will features different women who plays important roles in the society. The show will focus on their careers, achievements, lifestyle, and their ability to balance responsibilities at work and at home. The show will invite female leaders in different fields of work to discuss their stories on how they were able to achieve the position they have today.

It's host, Ms. Maite, Defensor, a businesswoman and former Quezon City congresswoman will be taking the show into a level of getting entertained but at the same time learned things from their guests. The first story will be her story.

The show airs every Saturday, starting November 10, 7:30AM to 8:00AM on People's Television Network or PTV 4. Aside from the TV broadcast they will be also broadcasting to live stream media on their Facebook page, Instagram, and Youtube channel.
