It seems that people are trying to search for their perfect match. Some of them tried different approaches in looking for that right match. Some ends up with the right one and some ends up continuously looking. In reality, looking for that right match is hard but of course you'll find it eventually at the right moment and at the right time.

Just saw this ad from one of the insurance company in the Philippines right now, Sunlife, and their tag line for this June is "Find Your Perfect Match" and since according to them June is the Financial Independence Month. So, have you found or met your perfect match?



Actually there's a saying that 'nobody is perfect', indeed it is true but most of us are striving to be perfect by having our life planned out. And that's where financial planners or advisors comes in. They give us options on what we are ought to do with our lives. Of course it helps out because you'll have someone to ask or inquire of what you must do.

Sunlife is just one of the companies that provides that option and it is up to us whether we believe in their promise or we'll just pass it by. No one dictates us but we are not getting younger and preparing for the future is just a must.

So, whatever insurance companies your planning to go with just make sure that you're wholeheartedly ready and prepared to decide. What is important is your future, our future, and most importantly your family's future.

There's another viral music video from today's viral group, Ex Battalion and it has made a lot of viewers interested. Why? Well because there are three (3) reasons why it went viral. Their latest music video is "Follow My Lead" featuring Chicser & Sachzna Laparan.

The music video has now garnered over a million and still counting. Aside from chicks, rap, hunks and a well produced music video, Follow My Lead have something more that made it to the viral contents. Who else but the three (3) internet sensations that joined together in this one music video, Ex Battalion, Chicser and Sachzna Laparan.

We've already known Ex-B  from our post about their trending music "Hayaan Mo Sila", which did goes viral. The featuring group and individual in this music video, Chicser and Sachzna, we will get to know them a bit.


Just like Ex-B, Chicser gained their fame on Youtube but they are once the song and dance troupe named Service Crew during their high school days. Their fame went boom when somebody uploaded on Youtube a video of them dancing the hit tune Teach Me How To Dougie. That's where they hit their fame.


While Sachzna on the other hand is also an internet sensation but she's more popular on Facebook and Musical.ly. A model and social media celebrity with over 1.2 million followers. Of course with a beauty like that who wouldn't fall into following her.

So that's how you get more than a million views in just a day.

Just saw this teaser from Viva Films and I'm not yet sure if this is an adaptation but what I'm seeing with the teaser is that it is great and it is something interesting to watch.  Most particularly that its star is Sarah Geronimo.

No particular date of opening on cinemas but we will surely watch out for this movie. I'm sure fans will definitely watch the movie.

For now we will just enjoy ourselves watching this teaser and figuring out how the story will be.

After the not so good story with the love of Joshua Garcia and Julia Barretto, they are once again will be the talk of the town as they share the highlights of their upcoming movie "I Love You, Hater". The movie stars with Kris Aquino and the love team Joshua Garcia and Julia Barretto which will give a different color about haters.

The movie is directed by Giselle Andres under Star Cinema. The movie is all about a story of love, honesty, and friendship. The movie will open in cinemas on July 11.

Just one of the phrases that I haven't heard since I graduated from college, the Book Club. It may sound oldie and alien to most millennials today but hey there are people who loves books. There are just things that you cannot easily define and give meaning, especially that certain feeling of flipping the pages of that perfectly bind books.

The movie is your typical story of people who grew old pursuing their careers and taking on paths that lead them to what they are at present. Happy? Yes. Contented? Perhaps. But there is still that point in life that there is something missing.

Careers, achievements, and titles are all measurements of success... tangibly. But the measurement of happiness?
All of these took a sudden turn when they started reading one of the most controversial book. The took of the town when it was published and even more when it was bring to life on the big screen. The story of Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele in Fifty Shades of Grey.

The movie Book Club let you remember, reminisce and look back to see what life has been with you. The risk of letting yourself indulge in an adventure of your life seeking happiness.


There are four (4) ways to relearn life based on the stories of the four characters in the movie, Diane (Diane Keaton), Vivian (Jane Fonda), Sharon (Candice Bergen), and Carol (Mary Steenbergen).  Or should I say what I saw in the movie.Take note that these actresses are veterans.

In Diane's story - Take the risk and be adventurous on your life's next chapter. 

In Vivian's story - Sometimes it only takes a spark to lit up that forgotten feeling. 

In Sharon's story - If the opportunity of love closes don't put a lock on it.

In Carol's story - Don't push it. Life has its own course of time.

So Connected! Are you?

Me, I'm still connected with the craze and interesting run of story.

Just a few days ago I was able to find myself in this  red carpet premiere of the movie SO CONNECTED together with a number of celebrities and the best part is seeing the love team of Janella Salvador and Jameson Blake together with such a chemistry.

I'm pretty sure most of the fans have already watched the movie and still sharing what they have experienced. I don't want to be a spoiler for those who have not seen the movie so I'll just be sharing the lessons I have learned and you will also learn from this movie SO CONNECTED.

As mentioned the movie is starred by JANELLA SALVADOR and JAMESON BLAKE of which really played their part really well. It is directed by JASON PAUL LAXAMANA.


So, here are five (5) lessons that I can share.

• Buy gadgets or items from legit persons or stores.

When buying your gadgets or devices makes sure to deal only with the proper stores or from friends you really trust. Because buying from someone you don't know might be a stolen gadgets or something else. Who knows what you might end up to. 

• Trust only if you're truly ready to take the risk.

Life is a gamble, so if you're not into loosing try not gamble. Perhaps the movie made it clear that in love it is always a gamble. You don't have any idea what's happening on the other end of the relationship. So take the risk when you're ready. 

• If you love someone you got to let he/she go.

The most true and common phrase when it comes to letting go of love "if you love someone you got to learn to let them go". I don't suggest that you would expect something in return but what I can share about this and of course based on the movie SO CONNECTED, it is much easier to move on. In addition you don't have make yourself miserable. 

• Connect to the real you.

When drowned with the relationship/ feelings there's always the tendency to loose oneself. Making yourself someone else just to prove something, of which is not really good. Connecting to yourself, the real you can give a good mutual relationship. 

• We live in a society filled with prejudice.

Bullies and judgmental, with today's technology it is much easier to make someone miserable to the point of loosing trust to yourself. Just one video can make your life change for good or for worse but most of the time it ends up on the worse part. So what we can do is be strong and always fight for something that is right even when the world is against you. 

Connecting more to the real world makes it even better and connecting to someone who has changed your life forever is something that we should cherish for the rest of our life.

Addition there's always one Panti Panti in our life that leads to continue life whether animate or inanimate.

So for those who have not watched the movie, get up from your seats, grab your best friends or relatives and head on to the nearest cinema and watch the movie.

What's trending now on Youtube? Well one of the K-Pop artist wave the internet with their music video entitled "FAKE LOVE". BTS' "Fake Love" MV already garnered more than 58 million views and is still counting. Of course this wouldn't be possible with their large number of followers and fans, most especially on social media. BTS (Bangtan Sonyeondan) or Bangtan Boys is one of South Korea's boy band formed by Big Hit Entertainment.

BTS (방탄소년단) 'FAKE LOVE' Official MV is directed by YongSeok Choi (Lumpens) which did a great and interesting music video.

The band started June 2013 with their song "No More Dream" from the album 2 Cool 4 Skool. After that debut the group won several awards. The group rose up and their fans and follower grew more after the release of their albums Dark & Wild (2014), The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Part 2 (2015) and The Most Beautiful Moment in Life: Young Forever (2016). Of course they won awards in different music award giving body and Billboard Music Award is one of them. Growing even more, BTS is one of South Korea's most powerful and influential celebrities.

It seems that Ellen Adarna is in most of the news today after the mother of Eleila Santos (who is by the way a minor), Myra Santos filed a number of lawsuits against the actress, this is when Ms Adarna failed to apologize to the daughter of Mrs. Santos. This is after the incident that happened when Ms. Adarna accused the teenager of taking photos of Adarna while they were having a meal at a restaurant. The story were reported on Rappler.

According to the lawsuit, Ms. Adarna violated R.A 7610 (Anti-Child Abuse Law) and R.A. 10175 (Anti-Cyber Crime Law). It seems that the parents really knows their rights.

This will be a good story to follow and learn from it. So, will Ms. Adarna addressed this issue? What will be the implication of this case to celebrities and to the netizens?

Dick Clark Productions and NBC announced that the legendary female rap trio Salt-N-Pepa will shoop onto the stage to perform several of their monster hits at the “2018 Billboard Music Awards!” Joining them for this one-of-a-kind special performance will be the highly celebrated female vocal group En Vogue. Salt-N-Pepa’s “2018 Billboard Music Awards” performance marks the 30th anniversary of them becoming the first female rappers to crack the Top 20 on Billboard Hot 100. The renowned group burst onto the hip- hop scene in 1987 with their debut Billboard chart hit "My Mike Sounds Nice," and then notched their first crossover pop smash with "Push It" the following year.

“Thirty years later, we’re still Pushing It all over the world and we’re still loved and celebrated by fans we grew up with as well as new fans,” said Salt-N-Pepa. “Looking back at all the barriers we’ve broken as women in this very male dominated genre of music, being the first two female rappers to break the Top 20 on the Billboard Hot 100 is right up there as one of the best moments of our amazing career. We are blessed.”

Hosted by “The Voice” coach Kelly Clarkson, the “2018 Billboard Music Awards” will broadcast live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Monday, May 21 at 8 a.m. on Blue Ant Entertainment. The three-hour telecast will feature performances from this year’s hottest musical acts, unexpected collaborations and buzzworthy moments that celebrate 60 years of the Billboard Hot 100.

Janella Salvador and Jameson Blake agree in saying that their team-up in the upcoming movie, So Connected, is significant for both of them. For one, this is their first time to work together.

For his part, Jameson explains that he has always been vocal in his past interviews that Janella is her dream leading lady.

“Before, people would always ask me, ‘If you would work with a leading lady, who would you choose?’ I’m like, ‘Maybe Janella, I think maybe we’d be a good match for a movie.’

“I’m like, ‘Someday baka may movie kami ni Janella. Maybe it would come true.’ I actually dreamt about it,” the Hashtags member recounts.

“I never really expected it would come true,” he enthuses about his granted wish.

The budding actor also points out why So Connected is a huge milestone in his showbiz career: What could be better than finally getting your first big role and be paired with your dream leading lady?

“Ito so far ang pinakamalaking role ko as a bida sa mainstream. Kasi nag-indie [movie] ako, so ito mainstream na ito. It’s like a big step in my life. “It’s really special for me. Kasi I always wanted to work with Janella. and I’m happy it actually came true,” he says with excitement.

Though it is their first team-up, Jameson is happy to hear that the staff and crew of the production team is optimismic that his onscreen partnership with Janella shows a lot of promise.

“They believe that we could actually pull off the movie. It’s a great experience,” he beams.

“They really like the movie,” referring to the production team.

Meanwhile, the team up is a breath of fresh air for Janella. She only has good words for Jameson.

“He’s very nice, actually. I have no problem working with him at all because sobrang light lang ng aura niya, sobrang good vibes lang, and masaya siya to work with,” she commends.

Coming from a solid love team in the previous Regal Entertainment movie, Janella admits that she had to adjust in working with a new leading man in the person of Jameson.

However, she welcomes this change because this will only help her to a better actress.

“Syempre, may adjustment. Medyo after a few projects with the same leading man, di ako sanay na bago, pero it’s always nice to try something new. I think it’s good growth din as an actress,” she articulates.

Janella’s role in the movie is Trisha, a self-supporting young woman, who hopes to help her family.

Popularly known for portraying teeny bopper roles, Janella finally gets the chance to portray an out-of-the-box character.
“Nag-enjoy ako dito sa role na ‘to kasi nga it’s something different for me, kasi halos lahat ng roles na ginawa ko before maarte o kaya younger.

“Ito, hindi lang mature. Mas jologs talaga yung character ko. Sobrang jologs niya,” she giggles.

“And it’s so fun to do it kasi in real life, may makulit side din talaga ako. So nalabas ko sa character na ito.”

Jameson, on the other hand, portrays Karter, a video editor for a web channel who finds himself falling for a complete stranger (Trisha) after he gets a glimpse of her life in videos and photos uploaded in the online world.

Just like Janella, Jameson also feels connected to his role.

“May mga similarities kami; I’m shy and quiet minsan. I just want to be on the computer a lot. I’m just like him; his attitude and the way how he approaches different kinds of situation. I didn’t have much adjustments to it,” describes the actor.

So Connected, which is produced by Regal Entertainment, Inc. and directed by Jason Paul Laxamana will be showing in cinemas on May 23.

The film also stars Ruby Rodriguez, Rolando Inocencio, Cherise Castro, Krystal Brimner, Paulo Angeles, VJ Mendoza, Chai Fonacier, Rafael Sudayan and is directed by the highly-respected Jason Paul Laxamana.

For Paolo Ballesteros it was an honor being compared to the Comedy King and even great because the comment was from the son, Director Eric Quizon. It was clearly described by Eric that only few artist does something like his father and Paolo is one of them. The timing, the punchline and way it was delivered. While with Solenn Heussaff, according to Eric Quizon all the rumors that he have heard about Solenn was thrown out of the window, she was very professional and very cool, walang arte. While Marcus Cabais, according to Director Eric he’s going to be a star.
