Though I have been visiting Binondo since I was a child I have never been to this place at Chinese New Year's Eve. This was my first time to be here and witnessed how busy the oldest Chinatown in the world. I was honored that Chinatown Lai Lai Hotel invited bloggers and gave an opportunity to witnessed the celebration of the Chinese New Year in Chinatown. Just a few weeks after New Year's eve celebration, Kwento Ni Toto together with family were able to visit one of the busy malls in the metro and were able to find something new, in our preference, Paper Moon Cafe is the name of the establishment. This is the first time that we visited their store at Trinoma. Of course we did check out their other branches. They also got one in Glorietta 3. What's interesting with this new found sweet haven is that they got unusual delights like crepes, sweets, cakes, sandwiches and other treats for a hungry tummy.

We Filipinos knows it very well that the Presidential election is much more like of a movie line up inside the movie theater. The titles of the movies are lined up accordingly for moviegoers to easily pick their choice. There are three things that matters for the movie and for the presidentiables, one is the actors who starred in the movie, second is the popularity of the movie and third is the quality of the movie being shown. Among the three it always boils down to two, popularity and credentials or quality but it is a sad truth that most Filipinos would pick the next president based on popularity, that's why we end up complaining this and that.

"What's with the month of January?" This is what I have read in one of my social media accounts. It is a vague statement but you'll definitely know what it means because of the photos above it and of course the news around the world wide web and what's more interesting to know is that it's not only on local news but in international news as well. It seems that January is a month of great losses for the movie industry as most of its great actors passed away and met their creator.

What's the most favorite part of every meal? Well, for us there are two, one is the main course with enticing dishes and the other one is the dessert with so much flavorful sweets. When The Force Awakens at Gateway Mall's cinema with the seventh installment of the Star Wars series, Manila got hit by heavy traffic... and it's hard. And Toto experienced that right before going to see the launching of this new cinema with astonishing Dolby Atmos technology. It was just great that the Force was much stronger in making me watch the movie.
